Dude at 2:45 is the perfect example of someone who dances with 0 feeling. Just, hitting the beats, softly at that too. And hes so stiff...my goodness. He doesnt even hit hard hes just clean, i hate people like that. Sometimes they have cool moves but cool moves are not really what dancing is all about...but anyway...
so what IS dancing all about? hitting hard with pure feeling or energy? sorry but i don't think you can just box dance like that. which is why i like this piece. coz it proves that you don't have to be bursting energy and busting limbs for something to be considered dance.
in fact its a heck of a lot easier to throw all your energy into a dance but to restrict your movements is MUCH harder IMHO.

Lando Wilkins, Tony Tran are two dancers that i have tremendous respect for. These two guys "restrict" or more accurately, "control" their movements. But if you watch their videos, their movement still shows energy and they hit the beats very hard.
If im not mistaken, EVERY great dancer is praised for their energy, and the conviction in their movements. For example, Michael Jackson? His moves are simple, yet amazing. Why? because of his energy!
again, your putting dance into this box. if your a fan of "energetic" dancing then good for you but it doesn't always have to be that way.
MJ, Lando and tony tran restrict their movements but move the way they do. these things define them. for this slow song i like the way he moves and his creativity.
if you don't like him then that's fine but don't try to make it seem like he's doing something wrong just coz you dont agree with it.
