I discovered Angie when I worked my first job at a record store in 1978 and was able to get some complimentary tickets to her concert. How great it is to hear this on You Tube even though I own the vinyl and CD'S. I had no idea Angie had a stroke. How is she doing if anyone knows. May God Bless her for all the wonderful years of entertainment and memories she has given me and so many others.

continue to pray for Angela as she is still recovering from two massive stroke. I can understand the every day struggle of physical therapy. I was stricken with a stroke early this year,but mine was mild compare to Angela, regardless a stroke is a stroke. Take better care of your health.

I love Angela. She was one of the first cassettes (LOL) i brought when i got out of boot camp in San Diego in 1979. Did not know how sweet she was. Love this woman. My eventual wife got tired of hearing her and wondered what the problem was. Good thing I never met Angela. Might have been a different story ;-)

For anyone wondering, Miss Bofill is definitely very much alive. If you visit her site, angela bofill dot com, you will see that she is touring and doing a show called The Angela Bofill Experience. I'm just glad she seems to have recovered from the strokes that kept her out of the limelight for awhile.
