  • @thedaniel7310 Yeah me too and when i wake up in the morning idk why but thats when its the worst. It pops like 3 times whrn i just open my mouth. And sometimes it like, gets stuck so i just leave it and wait and it gets fixed. Yeah it hurts..lol

  • o.o title mis-leading :/

  • When I chew or open my jaw it makes a clicking noise and dislocated joints

  • @TheDaniel7310 go to the docter NOW :O

  • video's wrong. Most TMJ pain's from bruxing, not malocclusion, causing trauma to more than muscles. Diagnose bruxing, & if yes, stop with contingent electrical stim. EMG tells you, and also tells if treatment's working.

EMG diagnoses, and CES stops bruxing. Google bruxism EMG CES. An NIH study on EMG and bruxism pubmed/21564315 . An IADR on CES and bruxism is at 2010barce/webprogramcd/Paper138697.html

Google Grindcare. You can use the EMG to check any bruxism treatment, and just rent.

  • The pain solution is....don't have it I guess. I was recently in a car accident and it made my TMJ a million times worse. I'm on the verge or removing my lower jaw for some relief lol.

  • so where r the pain solutions from the title?

  • @ToxicSquirrel123 I thought the same.I clicked on this video hoping to find something to help the pain.

  • Check out my Face Restructuring video for a natural solution to TMJ :)

  • ..what is the difference between TMJ and TMD?

  • @omgitschaeji TMJ is actually the abbreviation of the name of the joint (Temporal Mandibular Joint). TMD is the abbreviation of the Dysfunction of the TMJoint. Some people will use the term TMJ to mean TMJ problem like TMD or TMPDS (temporomandibular pain dysfunction syndrome = TMJoint dysfunction w/ pain and causes a bunch of problems). It's like saying I have a head vs. I have a headache
