Its because you have the false refresh rate, just make 60hz then it should works

upgrade the drivers is all you can do..and if its still doing it get a new one

I don't know exactly - it is x600 from hp nx8220 notebook.
No i don't fixed it yet, but I think it is hardware problem - something with shaders or memory.
