I have got a Nexus one & I'm a very happy customer... I don't find it unresponsive at all. (the interface is nice to). that is obviously a phone made faulty with the hicks method of. (beating shit silly will make it work. it works on my wife/sister!) XD
but on a serious note this was completely byist... his screens obviously not connected to the mane board properly ¬_¬ (all that banging it)

Maybe Leo should learn how to use a phone. I've had my Droid Eris, also from HTC, for half a year now, and I've never had a single issue with a non-responsive touch screen.
Either he's inept, or it's a manufacturing issue. If it's the latter, all he needs to do is get it replaced. It happens. Remember all those DOA iMacs?

The Nexus One is the worst android phone in my opinion. The problem with the multi-touch being messed up is pretty well documented, but I haven't seen this one yet. I've never had a problem with my Moto Droid, i love it, and i'm a mac user also.
I've never used the Google Nexus One but I would certainly love to try this phone and see how it compares to the iPhone. I can't wait to see how the iPhone 4G is going to measure up to all these new Android type phones.
Give them a break, it's the first hardware they've ever made pretty much. Their software is exceptional considering they're a new company and they've only ever been on the internet market for a majority of their lifespan. If Google made a real Operating System (which I hope they do) I'm sure it will be better than Windows and OS X both. Hell, Chrome beats Safari and IE combined.

I have a Moto Cliq and I love it. Im glad I took it over the iPhone. The iPhone is alright, but its a closed commerial overrated system. Android on the other hand is a uber-customizable open platform that while it has bugs to work out is looking to take over the iPhone pretty soon. I think Android 2.2 is going to be insane! iPhone on the other hand is pretty much the same phone with a new body... its a meh device now.

Anyway I think the new iPhone still won't be as good as the Evo just because Apple is so conservative. There is no way they are going to put an 8MP camera in the phone or have a screen as magnificent as the Evo's. Although it will have the best mobile screen resolution. android is OK. it is overly fragmented though. at least palm and iphone arent fragmented. even windows phone 7 wont be fragmented because microsoft is setting hardware restrictions.
I just got rid of my iPhone (Att) and switched to the HTC Incredible. Its a toss which I like better, I'm so used to the iPhone but Verizon's service is SOOOOOO much better. I freaking hate ATT with a passion now. I haven't had any trouble with the HTC, Its a nice phone and toy.

I have to agree to you I never thought it was that bad. Google should stick on one thing there sreach egin and maybe the google tv still did not try it out so can not talk.
