  • you're chest acts as a spring board when you bounce it. it takes away from what the exercise is trying to show, strength. in football you dont block with your chest, that's bad technique. impressive? ehhhhhh

  • Yep totally agree with what your saying the objective is getting as many reps as possible but what were saying is all the other videos the players have used proper form and shown there muscle endurance and strength but this kid don't get me wrong is strong but the bounce aided the reps hence why he got as many as he did

  • well you see at powermeets, you have to hold for 3 seconds once you get to your chest so there is no trasnfer of momentum. obviously combines just want to see how many times the weighty thingys go up to the spotters tummy (retarded kid voice). dumbasses

    Its a combine they dont test for form they test for how many reps you can get.
