This Earl's Court performance had many flaws, both technically and performance wise. That's probably why they chose not to turn it into a full fledged concert film, which was their initial reason for filming it.
This vocal improv, though, is absolutely flawless. One of the coolest things I've ever heard from the era of classic rock. What this one man can do with his throat (no jokes please) is nothing short of stunning. Best singer of rock and roll? Yeah, probably.
