@Kingyousy no Kinect uses the primesense camera.. Gesturetek is overpriced POS's. 12G's just for Mo-cap to help with hip physical therapy... your shape: fitness does the same thing, only 50 dollar game. It's laughable.
Primesense camera, if bought in bulk, Is only to be priced around 30 to 50 dollars... Gesturetek is losing money by the seconds. I'd be surprised if they don't go bankrupt with clients leaving them to use Kinects software/hardware... muwahaha..

@Kingyousy I love it when People like Gesturetek go under because they are fucking assholes for charging obscene amounts of money for what is Small and easy tech to mimic/make.
Kinect hacking community has in 1 month developed all the concepts this fucking coroporation has made and they offer free download of there work. Fucking Gesturetek. Can't wait to see you in the "Failed business" Sections.

@Lastknownuser I suppose its only a matter of time for them. People have probably already hacked the kinect to work on TVs.

@Kingyousy They have already. And, IMO, It is more intuitive, works better, and has faster response. I'm sure companies who bought this gesturetek are charging an obscene amount of money for this... I'm going for 500 extra up to 1000. Stupid Gesturtek, Greedy bastards.
Kinect hardware (At least the depth camera) Is only 35-40 dollars when purchased in bulk and thats all that is needed. I'm waiting for Primesense(HW makers) to release the camera by itself. Now that will be fun.
