@ArmanGhotra I was also wondering when i used it first time. But the setings are applied after you restart your PC. I did send an email to the developer and suggested to make a notification, they told they will do that with next update! LAtency Optimizer rocks :-)

For me Latency optimizer rocks! 2 times i had issues with WoW lag. i spend many hours of researching how to solve the wow lag. I was realy happy when i found this application. I have tried the free version and i got my latency down form 300 to 200ms. I decided to buy the professional version and got my latency down to 100ms. This is for me by far the best solution to solve lag i even posted a guide in a well known wow forum how to reduce high latency.

@AnGelsDoFly as you said your ping is 15 -30ms I do not see high latency or game lag. You can't optimize something what is already on its max. A ping from 15 - 30 ms is for Singapore not bad at all and I doubt Counter Strike lags. I suggest you not to manipulate or tweak your System at all.

Do not try to repair something or optimize when there is no need, as the chance is high that it will cause issues with your System.

Hey thanks for the response. Could I ask if the program is reliable? Does it significantly reduce the ping/ms in game? I'm from Singapore and I play counter strike online. I used to get 18~32 ms. But after I followed the tweak guide and changed the TCPNoDelay and TcpAckFrequency in the registry settings. My ping to the server became 40~70. After deleting the settings it still remains the same. I don't know why is that happening I resorted coming here. Would the program resolve my issue? Thanks!

@AnGelsDoFly I do not understand why you even have tried to tweak your system settings (registry) 18~32 ms. isn’t a bad ping for Singapore. I also don’t see an issue with having 40 - 70 ms to play Counter Strike online! Did you lag with 70ms ping? Then I’m quite sure the issue lays somewhere else. Anyway You can download the free version of Latency Optimizer 3.0 and try to fix your settings. You can anytime load the main backup.

@AnGelsDoFly There is no need to be scared! Latency Optimizer 3.0 includes a backup section. You can load your original OS settings anytime. There is also the possibility to make customized backups what can be made before every single change.

i have not tried this yet so i want response from ither people who have tried it, is this worth downloading/buying ? i do not know that much about cpu's but i get ping spikes every 60 sec's will this software be able to "fix" my probllem? according on the ratings it must have worked on most people. please respond, i would buy such a thing...

I visited the support and got no good answeres, then i somehow fixed it by reseting router and changing some options. In the end my ping reduced 2ms - not much but not bad :)

@expresszor Could you tell us what your ping was before using Latency Optimizer? To avoid misunderstandings, if you already have a very good or god ping ofc the improvement will not be much! The average user has a ping of 200 - 300 or much higher and mainly all got it down to 200 and under... depending on the ISP, PC and game or online service used! Trying to optimize a ping with 10 – 100 will ofc not give much benefit and you using the free version....

Well i am from Croatia, and on croatian servers my ping is 38ms - when i used latency optimizer it reduced to 35-37ms. Not a big improvement but still it was nice. My ISP is not the greates one but it is OK. Got 630kbs download and 60kbs upload....

@expresszor Dobro jutro! You already had a let’s say normal ping for Croatia. 35 - 37 ms isn’t that bad at all. Ofc it could be better but a ping from 35 -37ms isn’t high latency or will cause lag. So Latency Optimizer cannot optimizer your System much better and reduce latency as a ping form 35 -37ms is probably the basic ping you will get with your ISP.

Yes the ping on croatian servers is not bad, but it is on foreign servers, i used to have 49ms on german servers with another ISP, and now its 67ms - i called my ISP and they reduced it but then my download was 200kbs and upload 30kbs - ofc that didnt work out for me so i switched back :( Now I'm searching for a tool to reduce ping :P
