Here here to the reply below....our British comediens put all American comediens to shame. Tommy Cooper was an icon our early generations like The Two Ronnies etc. He was a true magician but preffered to make the tricks go wrong as they really entertained people. He still makes me laugh to this day...and as for the previous idoiots arguning on this page...GRWO UP AND GET A LIFE!!! I wish everyone would stop insulting each other. Tommy Cooper was a good decent human being, I lived 2 roads or as Americans say blocks away from this man in Chiswick West London when I was a boy in the early 1960's. My parents best friend lived next door to him, they said he was just the same off stage as on. He was not gay as far as I know, but if he was, so what. All the man is doing is trying to make people laugh, thats the most noble act there is. If he offends anyone, don't watch.
