Nice Idea but I don't think this will ever work - the carburetor needs (according to the law of bernoulli) less than atmosphere pressure that fuel is atomized correctly. If the turbo charges, it will prevent the carburetor stop from working correctly.
@jetpower06 Well, the fact is, the carburetors usually need pressure difference between the throat and float bowl in case on normal carbs. But these engines use pressure feed carburetors or injection, like in my engine. So no atomization problems.
@MJPilote Does trubine needs some kind of cooling ? bcs i asume it generates lot of friction and heats so bearings may melt down..sry for bad english

@wrxsavvy Thanks, these blades were for testing, I have changed them for align 690 carbons for now, with longer boom.
