  • @SunnyMuffinsRox well, you just just eat it plain, since it would be already cooked ... or make mashed potatoes? xD That's what I would do. LOL

  • @SunnyMuffinsRox mashed potatoes? use in a curry or soup as thickener, or mash, mix with cooked ground bee, egg, spices and veggies, coat in egg and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven. maybe 375F. So many ways to use it up. Or if you remove it carefully enough, so its in biggish pieces, just cover with the same toppings and bake with the rest of the skins, I'm sure it still tastes good.

  • the fire alarm went off when i took the bacon out of the oven hahaha. the skin didnt crisp :(. when i tried to scoop the potatoe it all fell apart hahaha !! I will try again,

  • @Lenyjudith bacon grease always does that in my experience too. Now I always run my oven hood fan whenever I cook bacon so I don't have that problem anymore. Sounds like you cooked the potatoes too far. She mentioned that they should be "almost" cooked through.

  • laura, i love you're show. you're such a role model for young cooks like me and i love watching you videos! but i've always wondered.. how are you skinny? how do you stay fit through cooking and tasting everything! i would loovee it if you did video on how you stay fit and in shape while still being able to enjoy cooking and tasting your creations :) thank you so much!

  • @ndnflava i don't think she would throw potatoes away since it's a waste... so instead if i were u i would just use those leftover potatoes and make mash potatoes :D

  • @ndnflava I made mussels with the sauce and mixed the leftover sauce with the scooped out potato and sprinkled cheese on top and placed it to broil for a few minutes the followind day for dinner, so don't get rid of anything!!!!
