  • when you saw the original show in London, there will NEVER be anything like it!!!

  • it is not the woman who even starts this song...and he sounds like a castrate

  • wow what a horrible rendition. this in my oppinion will always be john Barrowman's song. Or if you want a female then sarah Brightman.

  • Ugh.

  • I saw Shona in the role of Rose several times on the national tour of Aspects Of Love and she was sensational. I can't remember the actor's name but he was equally good. I don't like Sarah Brightman's version but do like Michael Ball's.......at the end of the day it's all down to personal taste.

  • This is terribly sung. Quite strange that this would be allowed to happen.

  • Anytime this sclock is sung I just keep thinking. "I...I sleep with everyone, with your girlfriend, with your Dad." Forbidden Broadway at its best. "and if you're in the audience then you'll sleep too".

  • @BruceWhan LOL

  • The guy should should sing the harmony and the broad should sing the melody.

  • Is this show still running?

  • For a moment ,,, no till I checked... I thought this was Julie Andrews.

  • This is really horrible! I even like Sarah Brightman's version better than this - which says a lot.

It's a beautiful song when done right - which only Michael Ball can IMHO.

  • Very enjoyable as a duet...and fantastic voices!! The national tour was very well done; adored Shona's portrayal of Rose. xx

  • i think we wouldnt really notice his off notes if they had some chemistry going. But it doesnt seem like theyre on the same page. I think they shouldve just left it as a solo

  • he has some rally rough notes there......ouch

  • It was pretty nice until they started singing together! The notes they're singing totally don't fit with each other!

  • wow. they're horrible. This will always be Michael Ball's song.

  • WHAT IS THIS?!?!?! Don't tell me it's a revival...no one but Michael Ball should do this....

(Sorry, im a nut for the OBC)

  • @spikelov It's okay, walk it off kid.

  • Is that Shona and Tim?

  • Great song, good singers, why didn't this work?

  • Probably because it wasn't written as a duet! The woman has been given the lower part (presumably the upper would be out of her vocal range in the key that they're singing), so it sounds very odd.

  • I love Tim Rogers! Thought he was fantastic as Alex. Am sure the pianist is the keyboard player from the tour orchestra.

  • Cool - I saw the production the very next day!

  • lovely, truly a titchmarsh treat. love really does change EVERYTHING. who's that guy on piano too? sexy fingers!
