omg i actually thought this was real, watching it on another site and didn't see the onion logo until the end. i actually thought it was real up until the end though lol well at least the onion can make things realistically though its scary how i actually believed that someone would be willing to pass a law like that. speaking as a gay guy i wouldn't get a gender change surgery just to get married. that would be very far, too far for me.

Individuals get Sex Reassignment Surgery because they entirely reject being assigned a certain sex, whether the individual is intersex or non-intersex. It would be very hard in the US to get a sex change just so you could marry someone. That's what happens in Iran, and it's largely forced upon, many aren't really transgender.
