@chunky52695 in hong kong, people do know some mandarin so i think she should have catched a couple of words~ i doubt they wouldnt speak mandarin at all cause they're so close to eachother and people who travel or move bring their own language to places.

@toasterstrudelgirl um...not always, they speak Cantonese more because that's what they use to communicate, mandarin is barely used in Hong-Kong, even if she caught on to a few words...pronounciation would be a huge problem...so she living in Hong kong doesnt really have to do anything with her mandarin/pronounciation

@toasterstrudelgirl well...i didnt like Lim at first because Sunmi was my bias and then she left and Hae Lim came and replaced her...however, as times goes by, im starting to like her. I wouldnt say she's my bias but i dont hate her anymore.

then they debuted in the US with nobody. i didnt even bother to check them out even tho i was in the US. i was like meh. whatevers.

then when got into kpop i started to check a little bit of their stuff.

@toasterstrudelgirl The original members of the group were Sunye, Ye Eun, Sohee, Sunmi and Hyuna. They debuted with Irony in 2007; because of Hyuna's bad health, she left the group. Yubin then replaced Hyuna. Afterwards, they becam popular with their 2nd single, Tell Me, after a long break, they release 3rd single So Hot, and then later that year, they released Nobody Korean version which was an Asia hit, then they debuted in the US. (will write another comment cuz this is too long)

Nobody became a big hit in Asia so JYP(their manager) brought them to the US and released an ENG ver. the english version became an international hit. They were the opening for Jonas Brother tours and after a year, Sunmi left the group to go to college. so Hae Lim was a replacement for her. With the new member added, they released 2 Different Tears. After a year and a half of hiatus...they finally comeback with this Be my Baby album, again it becomes a hit....

@toasterstrudelgirl Part 3. Now the wonder girls are gonna release a movie on teen nick. They did the theme song of the movie with an american girl band, School Gyrls, song is called "DJ is mine"

About Sunmi: SunMi is still a trainee of JYP ent. however, she will not be participating in WG activities; most likely she'll be in another girl group (my guess, not official statement).

About Hyuna: she left cuz of bad health. Then she debuted again in a new girl group called 4Minute.(theyre good)

SunMi is unfortunately not gonna be in wonder girls anymore but I think she's gonna be in another group because she's still part of the company. I was actually hoping that she would come back to the wonder girls and make it a 6 member group but thats not happening now :(

Hyuna is the lead dancer and rapper of 4Minute...do u know them? i love them. Obviously, this girl group is created by another company...Cube entertainment. Hyuna is my bias in 4Minute.

@MiChaJong actually...Cube isn't a sub label of JYP, the former CEO of JYP created this company, which was why people think it's a sister company. However, people need to know that the former ceo, Hong Seung-Sung, made Cube AFTER leaving JYP. It's just like how Rain left JYP and made his own company and created MBLAQ, but MBLAQ is not part of JYP...get what im trying to say? many people mistaken it and i always have to explain...LOL therefore Cube is an independent company
