This approach is not effective. People are not familiar with Islam any more. They are demanised by western films and media. When a boy and girl reach pubity, he/she must be married as Islam says. Married men wives dont let their men near them so they go out looking for sex. Every one feels proud telling their mates, I slept with so and so, making other people do the same. What Pakistan needs, is reintroduction of Islam.

Also note that 65% of all abuse cases happened at either victim's place or acquaintance's place.
