magnificent Bream: How he enjoys this self-counterpoint! Sure it's not easy to show simultaneously a sense of humour, a superb technique and a strong feeling and empathy for this Spanish fandango. And in praise of Boccherini: he was a refined court composer, but sensitive in an exquiste way to the popular music of his adopted country of the time.

first thing i noticed. that in itself is little short of brilliant. Look at all the 'looks' he gives the 'other play' all the physical cues he gives to 'keep the other player synchronized'.
