  • Great gun nice silencer but i hate the mag release!

    Nice video

  • @wdevroege I have grown to like the mag release. It takes a while.

  • Hmm It looks like the Handgun from Crysis 2 :\

  • Why does he put his thumb on the slide?

  • The following states have explicitly banned any civilian from possessing a suppressor: California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont..All other states they are legal to own with the proper paperwork and documentation.

  • @TipoItaliano Does that include home-made suppressors?

  • @CobraJetM80

OMG that was nonsense.. I haven't read anything so wrong in a while

  • does the barrel pivot when the slide goes back, like a ruger sr9 and if so does that cause any failure to go into battery? just wonder Michigan just pass a law allowing us to buy suppressors!

  • How nice, I'm a gun noob. I see video's where people have silencers on but the guns is still a little noisy . This gun was quite as a mouse , sweet for a 45.

  • @W857TYWH408576NW0348

    as is your user name

  • the clink of the spent would be the only thing giving you away lol

  • @ryanathan2

yes, makes for a very consistent trigger pull

  • @GunWebsites In most parts of the world, I believe silenced or suppressed weapons are illegal? Are you at a special range or something?

  • @Thereisnodaddy

no, you are just quite wrong they are legal most everywhere

  • @GunWebsites Really? I thought they were only available for law enforcement/ military. Its a nice gun by the way.

  • @Thereisnodaddy

that has never been the case

  • @GunWebsites Sorry, I wasn't privy to the laws regarding silencers cuz I've never owned a silencer... >__>

  • can i hug it?

  • i like the part where he talked about cans...

  • Thumb on slide for?

  • @bobofucknuckle

    nothing is on the slide

  • @GunWebsites

I play Call of Duty, So I know what a Suppressed H&K USP45 sounds like....

  • @GunWebsites he means your shooting style

  • @GunWebsites dudes thumb is resting on the slide when he is firing....

  • @ShaddoGaming

    you are wrong

  • @GunWebsites hes asking why the guys left thumb is up in the beginning of the video

  • @ShaddoGaming I don't know about resting, it might just be alongside or near the slide-I shoot "Thumbs High" meaning I have my thumb pretty high up on the slide-not quite thumbs-up but not quite all squished down like some do either. It's not really the universal right way, it's just my way. When it comes to shooting, with all the possible pieces and modifications and variety of people shooting, you'll find a multitude of firing positions that people say are "right".

  • @ShaddoGaming slide bite is a bitch....

  • @ShaddoGaming I thought that at first as well, but... I believe it was actually extended along and upward, next to the slide, not actually on it. I watched my father do something similar with my 10mm Colt 1911 (he hadn't fired a 1911 since WWII) and he was bleeding after a magazine full. My dad's hands were so callused they were as tough as rawhide, so he didn't notice, but he couldn't figure why the pistol wouldn't feed right.

  • Can you do a video fire in the locked position? I haven't seen any.

  • Wow, that's a hell of lot quieter than I expected.

  • Does anyone know what rail adapter he is using? Please may i have the real name so I can search up this exact kind. Thank you.

  • @suoupavlichenko1

IIRC, I don't think this HK needed an adapter

  • @GunWebsites

You have to use an adapter otherwise you cant use a flashlight on it. You can buy the adapters from Surefire, the one shown in the video is a different brand however.

  • so is his left thumb actually resting on the slide or is it held rite next to it?

  • i really am wondering why he had his thumb on the slide..

  • @ijc48 same

  • Why the thumb up????? bad shooting

  • @BigKidCountry

why don't you know how to shoot?

    bad comment

  • @GunWebsites I know it looks cool very hollywood. Just wondering why Leatham, Enos, Barnhart, McCormick, or Chapman put the thumb into the body of the pistol instead of into the air but I am sure you are right and these guys are just clowns.

  • @BigKidCountry I don't see what the problem is. He's handling the .45 better than I've seen some people handle a 9mm. Whatever works for ya. Top shooting dude!

  • that thing is whisper quiet did you fire that dry or wet

  • @2yrhomewarranty

this was dry.. 45 quiets well

  • Doesn't look like it's tossing that brass very far. Does the suppressor affect cycling?

  • @BurntheRainforest1 no, the slide is pushed back in a blowback style, the suppressor only buffers the gases which do not have anything to do with cycling the gun. maybe hes shooting a lighter load or the suppressor might be affecting the barrel's motion under the slide.

  • theres only one thing i hate about supressors and its they make guns sound to much like a b.b. gun im just one of those guys who loves the sound of loud noises like the sound of a gun going off.

  • HK pistol is good on the hand. Nice suppressor.

  • "Impressive sir" (Cheetos Commercial). I have the similar fullsize but non-Tac, however the same exact rail attachment. Beautiful piece. Whenever my money tree I planted in the back yard grows up lol... I'm all about buying a tactical barrel and a sweet can like you have.

  • NO i dont know how the shooting range works now asnwer that guys dam question.

  • Ya video games "caugh" cod "caugh" stink for sound effects. I must say I love that pistol. I have a variant 1 usp .45. I love the drop down rail. But my question is. How dose the gymtech slide help? What do u get? Less weight better action? Thanks and nice video.

  • that sounded nothing like the games......they.....lied to me :,(

  • lolol its couter strike!!

  • Just Like Mine :)

  • Is it wise to have your thumb on the slide like that? Not criticizing, but just curious.

  • why r u standing next to the targets?

  • @pulsarcolosal

why don't you understand how a shooting range works?

  • @GunWebsites why dont you explain it to me? it doesnt seem right to be there, but there has to be something i dont understand

  • @pulsarcolosal Targets can be anywhere on a range, the only thing that matters is that you're shooting at one that's downrange and everyone is shooting from the same firing line.

  • @taurran didnt know that

  • What kinda time would i be looking at to get paperwork for suppressors? Im in AZ, just for an idea, i cant even get a pistol yet. But sooooon

  • Dear Santa...

  • @GunWebsites Thanks,Im going to subscribe

  • @GunWebsites Did your tread the barrel or did you buy the gun like that

  • @jrewdown21

this tactical model HK comes threaded from the factory

  • the weapon loadout of choice i would have if zombies came outta nowhere would be one leopard gun, the usp .45, and a metal bat for melee combat.

  • Cool video. Good closeups of the gun.

I personally love the USP .45

Rented one at a range near my house and had so much fun shooting it. Weight and balance were right on.

Can only imagine how fun it would be to have a suppressor for one!

  • im curious as to what kind of rounds you were using

  • How's the weight distribution and recoil with a suppressor?

Do you think it'd be hard to handle on an H&K USP CT?

  • @TheTacticalJunkie

they are mostly empty, so they weigh very little.. I think it would work great on any H&K

  • @GunWebsites Good to know. Would you happen to have any advice as far as ammunition goes, for the best noise suppression, without giving up kinetic energy delivered on target? Also, does the model of suppressor you used in this video require lubrication of any kind? Thanks in advance.

  • (12 feet away) Did you hear something or am I going crazy?

    Hmm... Yeah, your going crazy.

  • nice vid

how much dose cost Class III FFL license ?

  • @germany2010ful

you are asking about a business license for a store

  • @GunWebsites just for me to buy suppressor for myself not for business

  • It's interesting to note that in Finland there are no restrictions on owning a suppressor. The Finns, who are apparently far more sophisticated than us Americans, view suppressors as "pollution control devices" which reduce the impact of noise on the environment. They encourage their use. Seems reasonable to me...yet the paranoid American view is only that a silencer makes it easier to bump someone off without people hearing it a mile away.

  • Yeah! German Weapons!!!...;)

  • I was wondering what would you recommended for a first time buying a suppressor a pistol suppressor or a rifle suppressor. Which one would you say is more funnier the reason why I'm wondering this I'm only going to buy one and I'm not going to buy another for a long time so I want to get it right the first time. Also is a rifle suppressor hearing safe like 5.56 and 7.62 and how much louder is a rifle suppressor compared to a handgun suppressor is it mind blowing just like a handgun suppressor

  • @miltnxc123

No can is designed to be 'mind blowing'.. if that is what you are looking for you will only be disappointed

  • I am a Brazilian police do to get a selenciador?awaiting response embrace has some sait

  • I never saw the shooters head...was he wearing earmuffs? If he was, it means that those Gemtech suppressors don't work too well.

  • @alternatehistories

    poor indicator

  • @alternatehistories

You should still wear hearing protection when shooting with a suppressor, as if you aren't using subsonic ammo, you'll still have a high frequency sound spike when the bullet breaks the sound barrier that can damage your hearing over time.

  • @jisatsulol If you have to wear hearing protection anyway...then what's the point of paying a grand or more for a suppressor and an ATF tax stamp. You might as well invest in a good set of earmuffs...what better suppressor than that? There doesn't seem to be any benefit in using one if you're at a firing range where others are blasting away and you're wearing hearing protection anyway. What then is the true motivation for acquiring a suppressor?

  • @alternatehistories

Not everyone shoots at a firing range, and not everyone uses regular ammo when firing a suppressed weapon. You don't have to use hearing protection when you shoot, it's just a safety precaution. Also, ear muffs are great for shooting pistols, but ackward for rifles. Having a suppressed rifle and using ear plugs instead will save on your hearing and won't require you to wear big ear muffs. It also cuts down on noise pollution when you are out doors.

  • @alternatehistories Best use is for home defense and military applications. Ever hear a gunshot inside a small apartment? or inside any home at all? It is physically painful. And very damaging to your hearing. Also ear protection isn't 100%, especially at an indoor range. Anything that reduces the noise spike is a plus. As quiet as this suppressor is, notice you still hear it quite clearly. The "pffhhtt silencers" of the movies are a lie and only serve to perpetuate the fear of the ignorant.

  • @alternatehistories

The purpose of a suppressor is NOT to make it so YOU can't hear the gun, it's so others cant.

Also, He was at a shooting range. Most shooting ranges REQUIRE you to wear eye and ear protection. So wearing ear protection is NOT an indicator if the suppressor is working or not.

  • @alternatehistories You literally just said...."I have no idea what I am talking about....I'm gonna make negative assumptions anyway."

  • @sendmenosigns Unfortunately they don't make suppressors for people's mouths...I'd say you'd be a good candidate to have one fitted.

  • @alternatehistories lol...you're an idiot.

  • @sendmenosigns lol...my point just proven.

  • @alternatehistories you have no point. your original comment was flawed in every way. you made ignorant assumptions about a topic you clearly know nothing about. even if he was wearing ear pro he was not the only one on the range...other people may have been shooting without suppressors. wearing ear pro no matter what you happen to be shooting at the time is just a good habit to have. on top of all that you don't even know if he has any on or not. try an be clever...you're still an idiot.

  • @sendmenosigns I guess posting here makes me an idiot...but keep in mind, I never lowered myself to calling names. I merely pointed out that it seems silly to go to a range and use a suppressor when all others are firing unsuppressed weapons...and if you're going to wear hearing protection anyway...then why bother? I can see using one in an indoor range. And I do know a thing or two...I spoke to my local Class III dealer about possibly getting one...then I lost my job so that put an end to that.

  • @alternatehistories you did not "merely point out" that its silly to wear ear pro while shooting a suppressor...you ignorantly stated that IF he is wearing muffs then the suppressor must not work well. that's the issue. and sorry for doubting your credibility...I had no idea that you became an expert when you "spoke" to a dealer.

  • @sendmenosigns Blah, blah blah...stop cluttering up GunWebsites comment section with your gibberish..."can" it...pun intended.

  • @alternatehistories nice pun

  • thats real silence

  • Man, i could barely see the front sight. Consider putting on some night sights? or just some dots for it?

  • does the suppresor slow down the bullet or affect it in any way apart from the noise obviously

  • @Bozo7891

it makes the bullet faster and more accurate

  • @GunWebsites Completely the opposite ...

  • @ludlekill

sure.. we own many suppressors and shoot them all the time, do tests, etc..

but you know better.. I bet you shoot a lot of cans in france

  • @ludlekill It increases velocity as the bullet is under pressure longer. It increases accuracy by removing propellant gases around the bullet, which may throw the shot off. Stop counting on video games to teach you about guns.

  • @ven067 Yes, he's holding it with a two handed grip. Get over it, there is no such thing as a "revolver grip".

  • That's a brilliant guy, is it pretty easy to find that exact model you have?

  • The sound it makes is amazing, just amazing

  • Didn't see a booster does the HK not need one? Also can you give dia. and leangth of the can. I am considering one for my 1911 in the future but dont like the idea of the booster letting it hang loose.

  • youre holding it like a revolver WTF

  • @ven067

LOL like to see how many shots you hold a revolver like that

  • Comment removed

  • @ven067 lol wut you would have a shitty thumb afterwards if you shot like that with a revolver

  • @ven067 that it the correct way to hold any pistol sir.

  • its USB.45 not usp45 usp cant attach silencer and remember .45 not 45

  • @ven067 a usb iswhat you put in a computer bro.

  • @ven067 Its a USP(Universal Self-loading Pistol) I don't know what you think the B stands for.

  • H&K make very good guns...

  • @CFProject153

    Yeah, german quality :D

  • @Sutinennn all European guns are high quality

  • @CFProject153

True. Russians have made so many good weapons, same goes with French and many others...

  • the slide is not gonna rip ur thumb off unless its at the back of the gun where the hammer is... common sense!

  • How is his thum on the slide?

  • Beautiful weapon.

  • @FreshBakedKicks

If a knife is not a weapon, then a gun is not a weapon.

They both fall into the category of "tools."

You wouldn't operate a jack hammer or grinder without hearing protection would you?

  • @FreshBakedKicks

It would seem that we should also ban pillows and knives because you could say the same for those.

  • that sounds great

  • Shh, what did the gun say? lol

  • the only thing that might be "wrong" about his grip was simply that his thumb was a little high. and for a 45acp he seemed to handle it well so...

  • counter strike :P

  • Man I need to save my pennies to get that suppressor for my H&K 45 USP

  • Why would anyone want to make hearing protection illegal?

  • @Evilliboba

    well said

  • @Evilliboba goverment reasons are always unknown but my guess so you will be easier to catch in a fire fight idk but it's just a guess

  • @Evilliboba are you referring to the silencer or the head hearing protectors?

  • @TacoBoyManThing

The silencer, which is a form of hearing protection.

  • @Evilliboba it's a form of concealment which should be illegal

hay i just shot 10 guys but know one know, i'll get away with it

  • @TacoBoyManThing

you are an idiot.. learn before you regurgitate your media fed fear of things and freedom

cite ANY crime where a suppressor was used.. idiot

you fear the fantasy you see in movies, LOL

you must also be afraid of robots, laser rays, zombies and killer viruses (all used equally as often as suppressors)

  • @GunWebsites

It is nice to see someone else with some common sense on Youtube.

    Thank you sir.

  • @TacoBoyManThing

Good luck trying to conceal a gun with a foot long silencer on it. They are sold over the counter on Finland. No one in their right minds would go shooting without one there as it would be very rude to have a loud gun. Never hear about shooting sprees with suppressed guns there.

Their function is the same as a muffler on a car.

I won't say any more on this subject. Arguing on the internet isn't worth my time.

  • @Evilliboba you're a real fucking retard

  • @TacoBoyManThing

If someone wanted to kill someone silently, they'd use a knife. Or a fork. Or a sharpened spoon. Or their hands. Or a sledge hammer (or regular hammer), or anything else that you can commonly find around a house. Let's ban all those things because you are afraid.

But seriously, in certian countries you are only allowed to shoot firearms suppressed (I believe France and England to name a couple), that way you don't cause noise pollution.

  • @jisatsulol silenced firearms are dangerous

  • @TacoBoyManThing

All firearms are dangerous, when used improperly. Just like things at the grocery store you can buy are dangerous if used wrong. I don't understand your logic.

  • @TacoBoyManThing No more or less dangerous than any other firearm. It's not the gun, it's the user you have to worry about.

  • @MCADJim much more dangerous and deadly, it's fucking silent

  • MTVVH1sucks

  • Now why wouldn't you use a silencer on guns all the time for police officers or soldiers? It seems like the silence would be worth it all the time. Now is that because of law restrictions? Weight of the barrel being heavier making aiming harder? Or just because of the sheer cost of adding them? I'm not a gun expert so help would be appreciated without criticizing.

  • @knightimer2

mostly because of how long they are, hard to use / draw

  • @knightimer2 and it cuts accuracy a bit.

  • @Wyatttorix95 Yea I would assume, however the VSS Vintorez was designed with a permanent silencer which even though had more weight to it, in a supported position one would be able to fire quite accurately. Oh well I guess it just has it's reasons.

  • @knightimer2 most guns that you add a suppressor too will lose some accuracy

  • @knightimer2

Suppresed weapons needs low velocity bullets, which reduces the firepower.

And in military use, the noise from a shitloads of weapons firing at them, is a nuke on their moral.

  • @knightimer2 There is also a fear factor that helps when a cop fires a loud ass gun.

  • @knightimer2 probably because when a police officer has to fire a weapon he WANTS others to hear him. a regular peace officer would really have no reason to be discreet about shooting anyone unless, of course, he is doing something illegal (which is probably why suppressors are illegal for most citizens). The military doesnt mass issue to all because suppressors slow projectiles down therefore lowering dinstance and penetrating power. Not an expert, so please don't flame me

  • @teddybeitler

if you know you have no idea what you are talking about.. why leave a comment where you act like you know what you are talking about ??

Having a suppressor is about as illegal as sending a letter in the mail.. it only requires a stamp..

the only people who think a suppressor is ONLY for crime are psychopaths and children brainwashed by movies

You must also think all knives are for killing according to your 'logic'

  • @GunWebsites Having a suppressor is about as illegal as sending a letter in the mail.. it only requires a stamp..

You should do gun stand up comedy, because that was the funniest way to put a true statement ever.

  • @nomellocreampig

thanks, we get a lot of practice replying to idiot trolls on our videos

I kinda liked that one myself, but wasn't sure if anyone else would find it, LOL

If you slap an idiot troll and no one reads your reply, is it still an insult?

  • The ejector seems weak, the spent brass isnt going very far, is that normal?

  • @FMcBlobicus Its probably the subsonic ammo

  • @FMcBlobicus Likely subsonic ammo, at least it cycle in a .45 :D

  • @tommysch All .45 ACP is subsonic.

  • @Wyatttorix95 The vast majority are subsonic, not all.

  • @tommysch ok yes you can make specialty loads that have soo much powder they can go super sonic, but thats the exception.

  • @Wyatttorix95 Negative slapstick because its right above this one.

  • @ski102426 sorry its not on this page

  • Left thumb?...

  • who makes the rails that r on the hk,an wear can i get them, thanks

  • @warmachine493 I got mine from GGG and you can get cheaper knock off ones from AMAZON.

  • Do you have to use special .45 ACP ammo or would most 45 ammo be about the same (except +P of course).

  • @pilatunes

    most .45acp is sub-sonic
