This is a 2 sided coin as you see so how about this... Let 'other' city vehicles block the entire street so NOBODY can get through? How is that for a quick fix? And breaking the windows in a car isnt standard proceedure. In fact its an unneccessary step. Try laying the hose on top of the car which would take alot less "valuable time". Breaking windows is just plain spite work aimed at the person who blocked the hydrant in the first place.

What are the fucking odds, the were probably there for 5minutes or less to get something. Even if a fire occured im sure the firetruck would just ram the car to move it, or put the hose over/under the car.

A fire can become very dangerous in 3 minutes and the smoke can reach up to 700 degres celsius so yes all it takes s on little light and boom a massive fire

It's funny how these sanitation "cops" (put loosely) make excuses up for actually breaking the law. These same "cops" wouldn't think twice about giving some poor soul a ticket for a bottle dumped in a trash can left by some passerby!(And they don't even listen to any explanations...they just want to meet their quotas!)
Just because they're "cops" doesn't mean they can make up their own rules! I'm glad this is on youtube for people to see.
