Compare Howe with Hacket is like compare a diamond with a stone ¡¡¡ YES BEST BAND EVER ¡¡¡ OF COURSE YES WITH JON ANDERSON NOT THE KARAOKE YES THAT WE SAW WITH BENOIT ¡¡¡ STEVE HOWE MASTER OF MATERS ¡¡¡
Chris Squire overrated?That is the first time I heard that one.You cant be a member of Yes without being the best musically and his background vocals really help Jon Anderson.As far as his bass playing just ask Geddy Lee,Tony Leven,John Paul Jones,Greg Lake and many others what they think and the music press that constantly rates him the best bass player in rock bar none.
If friends agree 100% with your exhibition, Genesis, Yes and Rush are the best bands in the history of symphonic rock, Hackett and Howe 2 masters, best regards.
I remember seeing them at this same venue on August 16th, 1991 during the "Union" show.Chris Squire saw me wearing a "Tales From Topographic Oceans" shirt and literally seemed to give me the evil eye.Of course, he was doing his bass solo with the triple neck.What a great show that was!
Cannot believe this was 10 years ago already. My god. I sat in the 4th row at this show with my Dad. The absolute best time we ever had. Can't believe Yes (proper) has not played together since 2004. ):
They tried to be so unique and man they achieved it!!,and from listening to the lyrics you can see that they have been involved and versed in the occult for a long time.
Hi men how old are you ?¡?¡ YES IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PROGRESSIVE BAND OFF ALL TIMES SINCE 1970 . YES IS THE MOTHER OF ALL THE OTHER PROGRESSIVE BANDS regards from Argentina
Yes, slamok.. this was very very special tour and Igor was the perfect replacement for Rick's absence! Simulated it all and never mixed a beat. Again one of YES's best songs and performances of all time. and that's saying a helluva lot! Well maybe not as god as the original concert of all of TALES I saw which kept me in tears the whole 4 sided hallucinogenic time
yeah only a few bands like yes or genesis could give better, more interesting renderings than the studio recordings on live shows. i'm particularly fond of the guitar playing of the two Steve H: Howe and Hackett!
Who is the Keyboardist in this masterworks show?

well no wonder "deathmetal" does not only NOT equal "hippie" it DOES NOT equal YES either ;- )

I always thought Chris Squire was overrated on Bass. Wakeman and Howe made the band, for me.

Love the way it shows all that guitar work, rather than mostly the singer like most vids.

@diosesygenerales - Well, you could easily make a case for Floyd.

I've got to pay attention. Had no idea the Masterworks tour was even happening. Living in the sticks has its drawbacks. {{sigh}}

Absolutely the best Yes tour I ever witnessed. I saw them in Kansas City and they were at their best.

both steves (certainly hackett) tend to be better live as they are a bit more adventurous as opposed to playing it sae to avoid doing another take..
