Beautiful tapa! Love the colors - I remember watching Jose's first series on TVE (he spoke Spanish, which I ended up kind of picking up a little bit, as I put some active effort into it just to be able to understand the man and his endearing passion for food); he took such care of the presentation. I see he still does this. Bravo!

@astroleila He should get back to talking in Spanish. This pronunciation is horrible! But he's a great cook, that's for sure :-)
