@WTFMiCHEAL Niiice, Rock it! Take those first 2 weeks with ego aside. After 4 months off the beginning will be full of soreness! After 2 weeks you should be back in the saddle!
@onroute93 haha! YES, well sort of. The story of dude04345 in summary... I created the channel when I lived in Maine with no real intentions. So it's dude + my Pittston/ Gardiner zip code. Then I moved to FL, became a coach and decided to start doing videos. I started here, got tons of videos up, and now it's to late to switch =)... dude04345 it stays hehe
@dude04345 i will check out your other videos. Maybe you can explain... how do you (and these other P90x coaches i see online) make your money ? or... what is your motivation of being a coach, promoting P90X, and uploading all these videos of yourself ? Just trying to figure out what you can do for me, if anything... and why would one want to subscribe to your site and facebook channel, etc.. Thanks in advance for enlightening me.
@QBSunnySarthak Keep them flexed. Like you can pull in your stomach, hold that during the moves so you have a solid core and the muscles are activated.
Wow J. you sweat profusely. I work out 5 days a week on the norm and do quite an extensive workout and I sweat quite a bit but have never soaked my shirts the way you do. LOL. You must have a some serious metabolism.
@macuser5555 I have streams of sweat pour off my face onto the floor when I workout... I leave a puddle behind. I'm glad to see that I'm not alone... lol.
@wgeorgew That's P90X for me... Insanity I think I sweat a full gallon every workout! =) I literally drink a minimum of 2 16oz glasses of water each workout, sometimes 3! I think it's just an even exchange lol, 3 glasses in, 3 glasses on my shirt and floor lol
@macuser5555 Well it's no secret that I sweat easily but there are a bunch of factors. I was pushing myself hard, I live in SW FL where humidity is pretty much always 80% +, and I am working out in a small room. But yes, I certainly got my sweat on!
