i beat one JUST like this in my boosted sohc lmao and gto 's are slow unless you put a bottle on it. i just dont find the point of doing a k20 swap yea it looks nice and rare when you pop the hood to someone but i expect more than just looks when i do a swap... for half the price someone pays to do that swap i built my single cam and open holes on peoples chest when i ZOOOOOM right by them in a SOHC!

@Marlon02Gonzalez im not hating, but what boost level were you at and how much power? also, were you in a lighter car then the k20 powered car you supposedly raced? because even a d16y8 with a decent turbo running 8lbs is slow. a bolt-on k20 can make up to 230whp with the right size exhaust and header. plus it has better gearing. just saying, because ive beaten boosted singlecams in my k20 swapped coupe.

@fastmontess7 actually, i have the same coupe as this car with a a stock k20a2 swap. this car in the video has more mods than me and a type-r head. im losing power. but i hung a car length behind a few 6.0 GTO's while only making 184whp 148tq on bald street tires. i have yet to race one with my DOT street legal radials. think its not possible? even a full weight hatch with a k20a2, making 214whp 151tq ran a 12.8 on DOT radials. thats faster than the 6.0 GTO, and same as the '10 shelby GT500
