Ordered 20 oz on 8 Apr 2011. They would hold payment for five bus days before shipping item out. Suppose to get FEDEX tracking number via email. Email POC on 17 Apr. Rec email that package will be shipped out on the 18 Apr. Called on 19 Apr PM to see if they had the FEDEX track no, was told order probably shipped & will provide track no by COB. Nothing on 21 Apr, called POC for track no & she became annoyed. As of post date, paid for silver, order status unknown. Feeling uneasy.
