For shine, try using a lighter color than the original. Darker colors add depth, so it looks like it has dents instead of shine.

Its good but really messy and i dont think anyone would buy a trumpet...

It's good I guess but it looks more rusty and dented than it does shiny. Also, you didn't even touch up on it in smaller sizes, that = fail.
