ya in tkd we call this kick "bolley" and the 540 is the jumping spinning kick, 3 board break style 540, but then again ppl call that a cheat 720. all these names o_O

wow definitely one of the best tuts for 540. I can't do this move yet. My 360 is ok cause it can be done slowly. For 540 you need fast rotation and that's my problem cause when I try fast I lose my coordiniation during rotation and almost can't even kick :(

thats a ninja 540 a taekwondo 540 is 3 mid air kicks similar to a 360 but an added twist with another kick

yeow. nice kick. but i rather like an 540 using the last kick as turning long kick. 1st kick turning long kick on the knees 2nd 45 dedree from the ribs and 3rd turning long from the head... but i'm sure this kind of 540 is hard too. it's cool dude. by the way what martial art style is yours...

Dude it's gonna be relatively imposible for you to land on a traight leg, your knee will be bent naturally, however it is imparative to land with a bent knee!

It is the 540 kick but NOT the 540 hook kick, so it depends on what you want to do.

this is the tricking 540 kick; the tae kwon do, and kung fu 540 kicks are different

well there are lots of 540 kicks.

this one is tricking 540 kick, in taekwondo it calls 360 cresent kick i think ( i don't know in english what it calls in tkd.)

and u type 540 kick and watch the first one and that's tkd 540 kick.

Unfortuantely yes, unless you can perform it super fast to the point where you barely have time to land. It is best to make your 540 high.
