I was staying at the Renaissance hotel in Vancouver on business when I overheard Gitomer taking a piece out of the desk clerk. He was extremely condescending and obnoxious to the poor lady.

Gitomer, you really need to be careful how you act when you're in the public. I'm sure that's not the kind of image you want to project...especially if you're in sales. The people around you in the lobby could be potential customers..... Sales 101.

A newspaper column in over 70 newspapers. Nope. I dont wanna be harsh, but how hypocritical is it to give someone advice about "condescending" when you are trying to Ruin His Reputation by telling a story of a man in a weak moment. You were simply passing by you dont know the whole story.
