I think if you attack from all sides and have a perfect spread on your marines move command until there close and then stop command the marines could win...mabey? all i know is tank dps is super low so if you can negate the splash damage the marines could kill the tanks easily

Not fair, marines didn't have stim or combat shield, tanks got siege mode. Good grouping and stim would have let some marines get close enough to make the tanks start damaging themselves.
