Sad situation for all involved, it's a tough market out there with all the competition. The initial concept was good, we flew with them four years ago to the U.K. great flight, great service and the return fares from Van. to Glasgow were hundreds below A.C. and B.A.
In the end their fares were edging closer to the bigger carriers, passenger numbers were falling and the increased cost of fuel changed their name from Zoom to doom. Let's hope that the other independant airlines survive.

Great flight attendants, excellent service, sure it was airline food but very good indeed. Sad to hear others have had bad experience with them but I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.

i traveled with Zoom and had to pay baggage charges due to the fact that i was sick and unable to carry my hand luggage. They charged me 70 dollars for my hand luggage. I wrote and complaint but they refused to pay back. i will never fly with them again. They fry not fly the customer
i went on zoom airline about a year ago it was good from Valenzuela but when we were going to Montreal to Ottawa it was kinda weird it keept circling the air port and it was thurndering. there were no other planes in the airport and it took for ever to get on the ground but it was a great airline good price to.
ok it was probably a busy airport it's standard procedure to circle the airport until the runway is clear all airlines have to do it's the airport not the airline
Awwww! I remember Zoom Airlines, had some friends who flew their 67's. I miss the all blue color scheme.
