Why are the "wings" so small?? I had to watch it a second tie because I didn't even notive them "flapping" the first time!

@ttt8699 Hi Terry, They are not flapping wings- they are moving open and closed at the shoulder. Great for gestures while talking. For ventriloquists, this happens during auto-alive, and the vent moves the mouth and head with a fob.
