  • how muck is a milk snake

  • @racedrum11 You can get them anywhere. Just be careful with where you buy them. Make sure they're eyes and mouths are clear (except if they're shedding.) and make sure their scales are intact. You can get them in many colors; mine is a charcoal :3

  • I see corn snakes when I'm Pheasant hunting and I can never bring myself to kill one. They're just so darn beautiful. I've killed a few rattlers walking up and down Corn fields but I just love Corn Snakes. Very pleasant to look at.

  • hey um, were do u get them like at the pet store or were?

  • how much did you buy it for?

  • @GuoSlice Back in 06 I bought him for 30$

  • poor mouth your asshole

  • Comment removed

  • The mouse would be alive if it would have tapped out

  • by the way i have my own corn snake!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Don't take this the wrong way but that vivarium is way to small and that mouse is a little big.If you want your corn snake to last longer than why not try to make his/her meals a bit smaller or get a bigger vivarium!Just giving advice.

  • Not sure why your flagging it, this is what happens in real life. Ouside the cage. The snake catches it and constricts it until it dies. Then eats it. It's nature at work

  • retard

  • i flaged this vidio

  • @boxrimmer i flaged ur comment

  • i agree

  • how long was the snake in this video my corn snake is 27 inches and i dont know if he is big enough to feed a live small mouse

  • @shadimoney At 27 inches he should be able to eat it with no problems ;)

  • @GRuBaZzZ thank you he is now 33 inches long and ate 2 mice already

  • @GRuBaZzZ by the way how long is your corn snake your video was in 2007 he should be big now

  • That's mean the poor mouse didn't know where to go :'(

  • Don't take this the wrong way dude.. I have a corn snake of my own.. And a couple more.. But.. That cage is wayyy too freaking small and that rat was wayyy too freaking big.. Yes, it may like live feedings but I'm pretty sure it doesn't enjoy the tiny cage. try a smaller selection of mouse also. Maybe a baby feeder mouse? Cages aren't too much of an investment. You can do it. The snake would live longer if you had atleast a 10 gallon tank, and smaller feedings weekly. Just givin advice

  • @HelloKittyKillah He was transfered to a bigger cage shrtly after this vid was taken, and if you would read the description you would know I had no smaller mouse at a time...

  • @HelloKittyKillah the snake annihilated that rat with ease

  • Beautiful snake! The colors are brilliant

  • that cage is way to small

  • Real good camera work.... miss the attack?

  • THAT WAS THE BEST CORN SNAKE FEEDING EVER!!!

  • what size cage do you keep him

  • I'm not a snake expert. But i always wanted to know, when the mouse goes in the mouth what happens in there? I know snake break the bodies of their food. But then what?

  • i got a baby corn about two weeks ago and it wont eat i think the mouse is to big it is frozen i got the mouse from petco and it is the smallest size what do i do i dont want it to die and my dad told me once when i was little that some snakes dont eat when they shed and it is shedding

  • @Tayjar88 If he's shedding there is a high probability that he won't eat, but he should right after he shed. You can also leave the pinky in his cage (after he sheds) overnight, and he should it it. Also one other method is to leave a DEAD pinky with pierced head (so some blood and other stuff comes out a little - it helps when snake smells guts ;p) overnight. One of those methods should work ;).

  • @Tayjar88 he may not like frozen he may just like alive rats

  • @Tayjar88 feed it live pimkes

  • @Tayjar88 if you have little lizards in your area feed him baybe lizards i had the same problem with my cornsnake he was from petco to he wouldent eat any frozen mice. i even had the employees try to feed him nothing. lizards worked for a year then he ate live mice.

  • @Tayjar88 Also sometimes a new environment /moving puts a bit of stress on the snake. my snake was 10 months, and when he came to my house he wouldn't eat for 2 months, so that could also be it as well. once your snake settles is usually when they'll start to eat

  • wowowowo thats corn snake is hungryyyyyyy

  • snake FTW

  • troche chyba masz tera zamala a co do tych debili to przeciesz roladki i schabowe na drzewie nie rosną

  • ładna zbożówa ;)

  • can anyone tell me the difference between a corn snake and an actual ball python

which one is better as a pet?

corn snakes dont get as big ive heard.

    thanks

  • @wutangkings7 Corn Snakes are smaller, but longer, and much faster.

Ball Pythons get bigger around, and about 4ft long. Balls are typically the better pet for their lax nature. Can be picky eaters, though.

  • are you sure coz its the same as mine and mines not amel

  • @iZeerrkaa yes I'm sure ;)

  • hello what morph is your snake m8 plse reply

  • @iZeerrkaa Amelanistic

  • FOUL FOUL THAT MOUSE WAS OBVIOUSLY TAPPING OUT

  • WHY WOULD U BY A MOUSE TO HAVE YOUR SNAKE EAT IT???

  • @kenzieXmallie

    Because snakes eat mice? ._.

  • @triippyx well its stupid to by a mouse and have it for like a 1 hour then have ur weird snake eat it

  • @kenzieXmallie

    You're an idiot.

  • @triippyx who do u think u are?

  • @kenzieXmallie

Someone who actually knows about snakes? ._.

  • @triippyx weird.........

  • you should kill the rat first, a bit of the rat may hurt you snake, the mouse it's too big 4 her

  • you should kill the rat first, a bit of the rat may hurt you snake

  • corn snakes are mussys. getta python or a boa!

  • your not suppose to feed your snake in its tank

  • I don't understand how anyone can feel sorry for the mouse or thinks its cruel considering hundred of thousands of animals are slaughtered on a daily basic to make us delicious sandwiches, its only natural.

  • man i want a snake so bad

  • fuck man how can you do thet

  • :( :@

  • At what "age" does a corn snake start to coil after striking?

  • @simplybusby It depends on what you are feeding your snake. If you are keeping your snake on pre-killed, or frozen dead, then they will probably notice that there is no need. But snakes natural instincts tell them to stop the breathing of their prey by coiling when they eat their 1 live meal.

  • @simplybusby from when its born to when it dies

  • poor poor mouse

  • was tat a wild snake?

  • @iceburg008 ofc not :)

  • @GRuBaZzZ i meant the moise sorry im just into snakes alot i said that what dose ofc mean?

  • @iceburg008 no mice was also captive bred and ofc = ofcourse :)

  • It makes me wonder why people actually feed their snakes live animals. It's cruel and dangerous for the snake and to film it happening is wrong. This is why I stick to frozen food for my snakes.

  • @ShadowColours Everyone has their own opinions on the matter, and what they believe is right/wrong. Corn snakes feed on live mice in the wild, are you saying that's wrong, as well?

  • the snake would prefer live. You should feed frozen thawed because it is safer for you in the long run. ON another note; the corn in this video is probably not ready for a mouse that big. He had to work way to hard for that.

  • I have a 1 1/2-year-old female Motley and I have to say, even though it would happen in nature, feeding is the worst part on owning a corn snake. Although, it's somewhat important to keep an eye on the snake as it kills it's prey, because mice can fight back!

  • Have you ever gaven him frozen mice does he still coil around it like that my corn never coils or doesn;t know how too lol. seems like he tries but doesn;t do it right

  • how big is your corn snake

  • sad

  • It seems snakes have every factor to their advantage. Not only is a fast strike excellent for clamping on the prey, it also startles them into crying out, so less air in their lungs.

  • I know they're part of our nature but I hate snakes!! Poor mouse ... :0(

  • I don't like snakes I know they're

  • One question, what where to happen if you gave your snake some sort of food that was to big for it? Seeing as i never heard of snakes that eat stuff bit by bit, im curious.

  • @AndrewGBest It wouldn't eat it (snake could kill it and not eat it ;D)

  • what type of corn snake is this?? im planning to get one XD

  • @paolontal Amelanistic :)

  • @GRuBaZzZ so does it take about a year for a corn snake to get that big or does it vary? I have a little one i just cant wait till she gets that big, corn snakes colors just seem to pop out more. Plz answer back ASAP ty ;)... and do corn snakes prefer pre-killed or live kills at that size?

  • @tjlafler I don't know what they prefer - can't tell ;p, but after 2 years it should be adult ;)

  • @GRuBaZzZ ty for actuly replying back :)

  • OMG. that is horrible. how can you put that on you tube???

  • @edapliks Because people like to watch snakes eat animals? I mean, what are they supposed to eat?

  • You freak why would u put a snake in with a mouse. ya i know it has to eat but still

  • I hate snakes and spiders.

  • poor mouse :(

  • 49 people were eaten by the snake

  • how often do youh feed himthat snake is corny

  • how often do youh feed him

  • Mouse: Thnx master for my new great home! snake! wd..f!

  • One of the reasns I dont like snakes. 8:27 it grew a tongue in 8 minutes! :P

  • damn nature you scary!

  • @bcor723 hahahaha family guy

  • thats to big for that snake

  • do you still have that snake ? if so how big is it ?

  • @bjlcrew Now it's around 120 cm and 626 grams :)

  • is that your cage if it is it is way to small by that size 30 to 40 gallon tank

  • poor mouse,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • you know when i was in third grade my friends mom had a corn snake and she fed it mice.... i loved to see it get swalloed. this vid remindes me of the old days

  • I dont know should i buy Milk snake or Corn snake?? Remember this will be my first snake.

  • So in the wild does the snake wait forever for the "perfect size prey." Snakes have been around longer then us because they can adapt to the given situation, if the snake doesn't regurgitate why is it bad?

  • tht mouse is 2 big 4 tht snake u nobhead

  • how epic i cant belive it has it grown any more

  • how long is that snake?

  • @06summit at that time fe was around 60 cm (2 feet) :)

  • what animal habitat is that

  • as a general rule the feed should be no bigger than 2x the size of its head this feed was way too big for this snake

  • was that your pet mouse

  • @thechefasian1 ofcourse not - i hate rodents - they are kinda filthy ;p and i would never enjoy keeping one as a pet :)

  • Ok I just want to point out that snakes cant stretch out there body so that the mouse will fit. And your snake is just stunning! It looks like he's really enjoying that mouse!

  • Dang looks like the rat is way to big fo him

  • stupid

  • stupid dick sucking

  • The mouse is OBVIOUSLY not too big for the snake if it managed to kill & swallow the entire thing in under 9 minutes!

  • Poor guy!!! he's working so hard....... I can't believe you would do that to him it would be better to let him go hungry for a while..... I don't care what you think your snake can handle that's abuse.. he's just so small still.

  • the mouse was like woah look at my new home this is Great!!!, oh hey long moving stick but i dont think this place is big enough for the both of us :p

  • Beautiful colored corn snake!

  • Killing the mouse..ok..

    Eating the mouse..WTF?..

  • i wish my corn snake would stop being a pussy and eat some mice that big... asshole just lets the mouse run around in the tank and doesn't do anything

  • Thats the kind of mouse a fully grown corn snake should eat and i know cause thats the size i feed mine and why are you using cedar bedding stupid

  • are corn snakes dangures?

  • ok so your snake is on cedar and your using live feeder mice that are too big for him, are you seriously trying to kill it?

  • @DirtyRagdoll Well that's my main goal, but unfortunatelly snake is really healthy :(

  • @GRuBaZzZ dude ifthats true im calling the rspca if ur trying to kill that snake

  • @GRuBaZzZ I hope that's sarcasm.

  • @pico89 ofcourse it is :D, I would never try to harm my snake in any way ;)

  • @GRuBaZzZ Ok then. Nice snake.

  • i hope this was just a one off feeding of a mouse this size while you snake is at this stage in its growth, otherwise you risk regurgitation and internal damage feeding it this size rodent

  • GET PWNED!!!!!!!!

  • if you wanna feed mice that big get a ball python at the minimum

  • nice video i loved watching this since i was little

  • I agree with everyone else... You were very irresponsible in feeding such a large mouse to a snake that size. He should have been eating a hopper at most. I know you "had no smaller prey for him", but you should have gone to the store and gotten some. It's very risky feeding such large prey...

  • @fruityloopsloops The thing is that they rarely sell smaller than adult ;(

  • @GRuBaZzZ You really need to either a) find a breeder/resource for smaller mice or rats, or b) breed them yourself. It is WORTH PAYING MORE MONEY if you want to keep your snake for a long time...

  • @fruityloopsloops I have a source but I always buy rats together with my friend (we get bigger discounts), and at that time I was out of mice and he had some left, so I bought this one - anyway I knew it will handle that mouse otherwise I wouldn't give it to him ;)

  • @GRuBaZzZ It's still dangerous. I'd recommend not doing it again...

  • she got the mouse by the ballz

  • a snake o that size should be eating fuzzies

  • how dare u do that to a mouse

  • the mouse on 0:06 was like...omg a snake help me !!!! to late :( ^

  • I certainly did read the description, even though you had no smaller mice at the time you should have went to the pet shop and got some smaller ones. You could have risked your snake becomming very ill and being harmed with digesting that size of mouse.

  • That snake is gonna look awesome when it gets full sized.

  • you know you shouldn't put the i with live prey, don't you? the snake could get hurt...

  • @i2ghost34 The snake gotta have some fun to doesn't it ;)

  • This is a fuc** big mouse ^^

    nice snake is awesome !!

  • that a small snake for a year

My cornsnake i havent even had for a year yet and he is way biggger then yours...

and he is actually the size to eat live mice unlike yours.. thats tiny

  • i love how he rapped his body around it quickly :D

  • @killian694 I like how you spelled 'wrapped' rapped.

  • @kandixcorpse oh i'm sorry i thought i was on the internet

  • @killian694 weirdo lol

  • how often do you feed them? and how long can they go without food?

  • @caka23 I feed them once a week, and they can go without food for over a month with no harm (if the snake is healthy)

  • @GRuBaZzZ ahh cool.... thanks

  • @GRuBaZzZ they can go longer than that! they can go months without eating!

  • @caka23 corn snakes only have to be feed once a week

  • @caka23 my snake ive had for 3 years, when she was a baby went about 5 months wihout food then ate once, then escaped out of her cage then returned to my parents bathroom down stairs a few months later.... ball pythons can go almost 2 years without eating
