Geno is copyrighted, Ridley was a boss in SSE, Claus isn't needed and Sukapon... really? Don't we already have Mr. Game & Watch? DO we REALLY need another "weirdest character"? Also, I don't see what's wrong with having a sped up version of Earthbound Zero's theme song as a victory theme for the series. They couldn't use Melee's because Nintendo of America hates Earthbound. The latter is impossible, but Nintendo should look into fans who want to add their own soundtracks/new tracks into Brawl via Downloadable Content as there are many tracks that fans feel can fit on certain stages such as this. What you said first is correct.
