im a die hard cubs fan but this is just flat out sad to this happen to an good old ball park like this i mean if this happened to wrigley i would cry and i feel sry for the tiger fans to see this happen the their old park the city of detroit couldnt do anything to try and keep the whole thing and try to make into a museum or place where ppl can pay to go play baseball where their favortie tiger legends have played from wat ive bout tiger stadium it sounds like a cool ballpark to visit
I'm a new yorker, this makes me sick, not only this but what their doing up north with the yankees and mets tradition killing at it's finest time to put the greedy owners and the politicians that enable them in their place.
It is sad but alot of people dont get it like you and I and all the rest of the people who protested this demo.Hell,Yankee fans didn't even put up a fight when they said they were takin down Yankee Stadium.Tiger Stadium was just like Fenway and Wrigley to the afect that this stadiums should NEVER be takin down but Tiger Stadium lost the battle.Lets just hope and pray that Fenway and Wrigley are never subjected to this disgrace.
it would have also been cool to see a winter classic at tiger stadium if the park was still completely up just like how wrigley had their classic and fenway is gonna have a classic
