  • Polish cavalry attack German tanks....

  • Poland at the time, was young country, in extremely difficult Geo-political background, Nazis from west and Soviet Union from east. Poles politics believed that political treaty with free world guarantee safety, they were wrong. Like i said our homeland was young so it were armed forces, only 20 years old. to all laughters - what did you expect? However read something about Miracle at the Vistula...for example, or about Battle of England, abut Gen. Maczek, or battle of Wizna. Pzdr

  • Polish cavalry did not attack tanks. Horse was used for transportation. This should be corrected. And Germans as Russian also had cavalry units.

  • @Jacczarny Horses are "Polish Tanks"

  • @10:00 looks like the TSA at the airport.

  • @TheKristalMethod Well, you'll have to find out for yourself won't you?, I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince some stranger who has already made their mind up what happened. If you want a lecture from me you will have to pay for it, just like everyboby else

  • @TheKristalMethod Who says the did?

  • Polish Cavalry never charged tanks, that is a myth created to illustrate the determination and bravery of the Poles in 1939

  • 1:44

lol the guy laughs...i wonder what he was thinking

  • horses against tanks... EPIC! :D

  • why isnt the "Night of the Long Knives" mentioned in this film? odd right?

  • Screw the nazis, those terrible horrible people. SCREW HILER. They killed so many and yet nothing was done, WHY?

  • @Bobjove Nothing was done ? Many nationalites ( US, Canadians, Englisch, Polisch, French and many others ) young man and woman gave their lives to liberate us ( Europe , and the world ) from the Nazis !!!

    Greetings from Antwerpen , Belgium.

  • @begijnenstraat US joined the war in 1944 that's 5 years after it started and by that time almost entire europe was taken over. and for us belgians there was the 'flamenpolitik' meaning we didn't suffer as much. also the german technology was way to advanced for most allied troops to face them (use of unmanned rockets) and that in combination with propagande actually made many men of invaded countries join german forces

  • @spermwaste Hello Belgium, maybe your'e right.....but in the end the Germans lost the war, didn't they ? And the US soldiers ( not the politicians and strategics ), lost their lives ( the Ardens )....

Also young Germans soldiers ofcourse...sad but true...

And Hitler and Geubbels and the others made a terrible mess . I think....

Anyway, thinking different, makes a conversation alive !

Groetjes uit Antwerpen ( bij de Schelde ).

  • @begijnenstraat every country involved in the war made mistakes, allies and axis.. but it's the soldies who payed with their lifes, may they be remembered forever

ik woon bij gent (ook aan de schelde)

  • @spermwaste Goeiendag, alles goed ? You're so right ! It's politicians that start a war, generals who plan it, soldiers who fight it, and civilians who die ! And in the end , and as always, nobody learns a lesson....

Xcuse my Englisch...I'm flemisch. I've lived one year in Ghent ( ooievaarstraat next to Drongensteenweg )..long time ago.

Greetings from Antwerpen ( dorpje bij de Schelde ).

  • @Bobjove because until now Nacism, anti semitism and racism still exist.
