  • I saw this cartoon on TV many years ago. Although the phrase wasn't in use at the time, Loweezy had an extreme makeover.

  • Originally seen in 1963. Paramount's New York cartoon studio did the animation [featuring the legendary "rubbery" style of Jim Tyer]; Paul Frees and GeGe Pearson recorded their soundtracks in Hollywood; co-written by future TV writer/producer Lila Garrett.

  • @fromthesidelines So great to see that there are other toon mavens who have such info for all the punters out there. (Lila Garrett also wrote for KFS's Krazy Kat vignettes as well)
