Originally seen in 1963. Paramount's New York cartoon studio did the animation [featuring the legendary "rubbery" style of Jim Tyer]; Paul Frees and GeGe Pearson recorded their soundtracks in Hollywood; co-written by future TV writer/producer Lila Garrett.

I saw this cartoon on TV many years ago. Although the phrase wasn't in use at the time, Loweezy had an extreme makeover.
