As in like the person on the other end. Does it make your talking seem muffled? I know the Mophie Air has ports there so the muffle voice problem is gone.

Nice review! Though this case has quite a few downsides, some rather major (Like overheating!) it is a nice idea. I really like the Mophie Juice Pack Air.
