Video is very good ,and we are going on this ship in Jan 2011,,, was wondering if it was worth upgrading to the all inclusive drinks package ,,at a cost of £370 per person this is for two weeks ,,any replys would be appreciated

I think that your out of order, Thomson destiny and the rest of the thomson fleet has more regular cruisers and more praise off its customers. I work for Thomson and think that the cruises are great compared to other cruise lines, much better entertainment and service then the big liners
i went on this cruise on august 17th - 24th well it was amazing but the rooms were abit smalll but apart from tht it was amazing good times and if anyone went on during thm days please write back to me :)
Looking at either going on the Destiny or Ocean Village, but I fancy the more traditional cruse of 6 meals a day with a fix seating arrangement in the evening. I think the Destiny would be more what I want.
I would definately recommend it, smaller, but much more fun. Quality entertainement every night, good bands and really good staff. Food was excellent and plentiful and evening meals were fixed seating at the same table each night, so you get to know people. One night a black tie do as well. I would love to go again!!
Oh wow! I just came back home yesterday from being on that ship. The Destiny is awesome, it sure beat the Ocean Village, haha. It may be a smaller ship, but the Village doesn't have half as much fun as we do! :3
Omg this is brilliant having been on both ships, I went on Ocean Village and hated it because the atmosphere wasn't a patch on Destiny, I would have loved to have been there for this, I just found myself waving along too LOL
i am on this video and i am amazed that its on youtube. the atmosphere was fantastic when leaving the ocean village. we seemed like we were enjoying it more than them ,ive put a comment on the video wehe this mad man was dancing, he was mad but very cool.

Yeh that was Ms Destiny there was one woman scared of baloons and then there was Dancing Man's wife and her friend (the one that practically raped Lee LOL)
we were on the destiny in febuary and the same thing happend did the staff run around getten bits and bobs of passengers on are game the young lad with blond hair got a wooden leg wish i was back there on that boat
I was right behind the person filming! I see loads of people I remember like Sandal and her dad Smiley, Emma and Lee the entertainers, dancing man. I miss this holiday sooooo much :(

Thomson and Ocean Village are both shit. They're ships for people who cant afford to go on a real cruise like P&O and Royal Caribbean.
Been on P&O 6 times and Royal Caribbean 4 times. I came off Ventura on the 16th August and back on her for Christmas :D
