This really helped me offensively, I'm now using my quick posts up,screens,pick n rolls alot more and it's getting my offense to be more effective especially inside I use the Lakers I usually put Odom in and moved Pau to the 5 but now Bynum I like him more he's bigger inside and a threat down on the block which is why my shot percentage has gone up and I limited my turnovers. This was a big help.

MrPurple- thanx for the "improving defense" and "improving offense" tutorials. I've recently started to play ranked games and learning how to get the perfect release for my shooters and also going 2-3 zone on players trying to just drive to the basket with lebron has helped me win more games. great advice. keep it up.

Purple-You have any tips on learning how to learn the timing of shooting free throws/jumpers online? I shoot like 85% offline with free throws but like 55-60% online. 3pt's I shoot like 35% offline and like 15-20% online. It's terrible how many games I've lost with FT and wide open 3 misses. I struggle with the online release points..

The most crucial thing to playing defense in this game is knowing your opponent and how he plays, if you play a friend a lot, most likely you already know his style of play, if you don't know your opponent, you need to adjust to his style, and do it quickly. If he's a three point shooter you MUST PLAY ON THE BALL DEFENSE! DONT, and I mean DONT let the computer guard the shooters, if it does everything, even a deep contested three will go in in 2k11, so guard it yourself or else ur gona be pissed

@nikeplaya795 penetrate the defense and kick to the open shooter, so when your bringing up the ball with your pg, try crossing the defender and getting into the middle of the defense, if your open shoot, if not, kick someone will be open, every time u get by one man, someone piks up, thus leaving one of your guys open
