I can't stand Jay Mohr. I don't know what it is.  I'm irrationally annoyed every time I hear him speak. I think it's that the way he carries himself and his wiseguy accent...I just don't find him funny at all.

Thought I'd bring it up since I'm guessing this is in stark contrast to how you feel about him?

Never read any of those. The only one I'm jealous of is that Watchmen book you've read because every passing day it seems more and more have read it, and they all say it's awesome (never heard it described as aayaaagh!! though) . The other books are meh to me. The only books by comedians I've read are George Carlins and Gene Wilders.

I try to read books and after i get to page 10 i put it away and cant seem to pick it up again, ppl say try again and u need to feel it u gone get pulled into it so i read up to page 105 and i didnt even realize i read that far but i couldnt remember a thing i just read my mind was wondering around other things when reading.

You are harsh. Can't you see that people have lives? Are you really that blind? Some people like to dive their heads into a nice book and read. What's wrong with that? Reading is a hobby; just like playing video games or doing other electronic-oriented activities. At some point in your life, you are going to have to read in order to succeed. For instance, College requires reading large textbooks in order to pass the course. I do not enjoy reading, but why do you have to put ppl down for reading?

May I suggest The Great Books of the West, a 60 volume set of great books, ideas, etc. that have shaped Western civilization created by Adler and Van Doren. Gives you a well rounded education. I am purchasing this set soon but right now I am reading Twilight of a Great Civilization:The Drift Toward Neo-Paganism by Carl F. H. Henry and Happiness is a Serious Problem by Dennis Prager and then on to more reading by Mortimer J. Adler probably. Yahoo!!
