  • you squeeze the bottle way too hard

  • Easy... It doesent even feel bad

  • does it hurt

  • @garrysmodd The first few times it's uncomfortable---it's almost like drowning yourself but it's not. Once you get used to it, it's no big deal and not painful at all. You do need to make sure there proper sodium (salt) levels are added (or it does hurt for some reason) and that the water is warm (not hot, not cold). It's fairly comfortable actually.

  • Does it actually work...?

  • @TequilAndLime Yes! For most people, i'd say it does work.

  • @boinnng ... Thx... I'll try it...

  • Lmao

  • hahahahhaa gross but funny!

  • How did you do that?lol

  • @DavinaFaerie Sinus magic!!!

  • noooooooooooooooooo que locoooooo todo ese moco q asco bolo pero t doy credito por el video.

  • quite the enthusiast of spraying saline solutions up your nose

  • O the glamour of it all, the excitement! Rofl!

  • this so funny. the AHHHH!!! when you start makes me crack up!

  • cocaine is a hell of a drug

  • xD Sort of reminds me of Invader Zim for some odd reason.

  • There is nothing gross about this. Watching a brain surgery is much more stomach churning than this. Hope you feel better man.

  • I just got my adnoids out and its much worse with my. Blood boogers. IT the nastiest thing ever, and I didnt even react like that.

  • @KaylaRenae8268 Bood boogers? EEW! I'm sorry to hear you are having such a tough time post surgery. It will get better though.

  • your videos sort of made my day. you crack me up

  • @senshasurgeon Well.... I'm glad I brightened your day somewhat. That happens so rarely these days it seems. Thanks for the note and CHEERS!

  • Um if you read the instructions on doing the NeilMed Sinus Rinse, you're supposed to tilt your head way over in the sink, to keep the rinse from running back down into your throat. It works. Another trick is once you're done, bend way over at the waste, over the tub or a towel and turn your head back and forth, so that any rinse remaining in sinuses is allowed to finish draining out. Prevents that issue of later bending over and having water come flying out your nose at inappropriate moments ;)

  • I thought you're supposed to tilt your head to the side? But still, good job for braving it!!

  • Got it first try and I am doing much better. I have Late Spring Allergies that plug me up and no drug or antihistamines do the trick... in fact they make matters worse after a week. This rinse actually works for me. Once in the morning and once at night and so far I feel 50% better after three days of proper use.

  • @Haimsheli Groovy! (Did I just say "Groovy"?) I'm glad to hear it's working for you. CHEERS!

  • Ok...it wasn't that made. It does feel like I swallowed some water when I went swimming kinda. My eyes are watering alot and I think I do need to do it a few times before seeing more results but. Right now honestly...I feel awful, lol. But I'm tired and sick so...why wouldn't I. Gonna continue trying it though....everyone seems to think it works wonders so. I'll have to keep trying 'til I can breath out both nostrils :)

  • @cestherrun Give it at least a week...maybe longer. I hope it helps. CHEERS!

  • @boinnng Thanx!! :0)

  • @cestherrun I read the instructions and it says not to use it if one or both of your nostrils are clogged.

  • Well...it's my turn now. Can't breath through my nose for nothing...wake up coughing up things I can not mention. And tired of going through this uncomfortable infection. A friend of mine gave the sinus rinse to me so, gonna try it out in a few minutes and I hope it works well...can't buy another one for a while :(

  • @cestherrun It will probably be uncomfortable the first few times--I had the sensation of drowning at first--but after a week or so, it was no big deal. Make sure you follow the directions with warm water (NOT hot) and salt. Good luck!

  • @boinnng oh boy, drowning...almost drowned when I was a kid...hmm this should be fun. Haven't done it yet, lol...scared. But I will...can't be worse then having a sinus infection, I don't know if anything is.

  • @cestherrun You can do it. It's really NOT that bad. As I said before, it took me about a week or so to get used to it.. I had that "waterlogged" feeling the first few days as well. But it's nothing to be afraid of---it's just unusual at first. Cheers!

  • I just got a sinus wash kit and instead of that bottle I got a neti pot, Oh my gosh I think it's so fun! The first time I used it I was laughing so hard because it's funny that I sucked it up my nose and it burned! Yeah it's kind of gross but it really does help especially when you see what was really in your head.

  • @xocxnxtox123 Good attitude! It is kind of weird when you first do it--but you WILL get used to it. I did. The people who make Neti Pot also make this bottle. Happy rinsing!

  • my first time doing this it had a pleasent stinging in my nose that surprisingly felt kinda good that did feel like something was cleaned away.

  • @inachu Keep it up. It gets easier to use the more time you do it. CHEERS!

  • i just got this and im having trouble with it i blow chunks when i do this can you please help me

  • @JTC0505 What do you mean you "blow chunks"??? It makes you throw up--or big blobs of crap are coming out of your nose? It's a little difficult to get used to--it's almost like drowning yourself. It was totally foreign and uncomfortable for me for about a week. I constantly felt waterlogged, if you know what I mean. Just keep with it. You'll get the hang of it, get used to it. If stuff is draining from your sinuses---that's GREAT! Good luck!

  • @boinnng when i do this it doesnt come out the other side, it goes down my throat and into my mouth. what do i do?

  • @JTC0505 Lean forward, face down (mine was up to shoot the video, but it should have been down). Also, try blowing your nose first to clear it out. Sometimes SOME of the water will come out of my mouth--but, again, I'm face down over the sink. Try it. As your sinuses get used to it, it SHOULD get easier. Good luck.

  • @boinnng thank you, I cann finally breathe out my nose!

  • LOL wtf man

  • lmfaohahaha

  • lol @ the random movie posters in his bathroom.

  • AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • best anal rinse ive ever used

  • Honestly your nasal passages are great... I CANNOT get any water through with these neti pots and stuff. There's some major blockage in my system.

  • @ocping Keep trying---perhaps blow your nose first? The first few times were weird/difficult/uncomfortable. Now it's a breeze to do. Good luck!

  • @ocping ; When the solution FIRST HITS that top spot you get that "OMG I HAVE WATER UP MY NOSE!" feeling, but honestly--before that thought is even completed the feeling goes away as soon as the flow starts. Keep your mouth OPEN and KEEP BREATHING and there will be no discomfort. I speak from experience because I bought my kit FOUR months ago and finally got up the nerve to use it. I am addicted to it and rinse at least once every other day or more.

  • @faireopal Like I said... I appreciate all the advice I'm getting but obviously my nose doesn't work like yours. THERE IS NO FLOW. And yes I'm breathing.

  • @ocping My mistake: My comment was in response to the person who said they were afraid to try this because they had a fear of drowning.

  • I've been doing this Neti treatment almost daily for 3 yrs now and I haven't had one head cold since I've stared using the neti pot.Works wonders!

  • SinuPulse Elite, get this one

  • I'm glad the Neti Pot helped your sinuses, The makers of Neti Pot are the makers of this squeeze bottle, by the way...and this video was taken during those first few times before I was used to it. Now it's no big deal...

  • My allergy problems went down by at least 50% when I started using a Neti Pot one year ago.

This guy needs to use a pot instead of a squeeze bottle. Also, use the Neti Pot in the shower when you first get in. That way you don't care where the water goes.

After the first five times you use the pot the warm saline solution feels very soothing. Not repulsive at all. You just have to get past those first five times.

  • I see little kids doing it in various videos, but I just can't bring myself to try it. I have a fear of drowning. I think most of it will end up in my sinuses and drain out while I'm asleep. It does look like fun, though.

  • @ericarmstrong1 Actually, not to scare you further, but there is a sensation of drowning a bit at first. But REALLY--once you've done it a few times, it is NO BIG DEAL. It's just weird the first few times--until you get used to it.

  • @ericarmstrong1 trust me this stuff works and its really easy to use and you won't drowned lol and soon as you use it you blow your nose and every thing comes out ..matter fact i just used it and after that i blew my nose and now i feel fine i can breath good and there is nothing coming out my nose ....so if you have a fear of this do your self a favor ..don't ....this is good stuff and its safe ..this is the best stuff i ever used for my sinus ..go get some you wont be sorry you did

  • @ericarmstrong1 You breathe through your mouth while you do this, so you're not holding your breath or anything.

  • @ericarmstrong1 dont be a pussy. i have a deathly fear of spiders but i held my first tarantula 5 years ago when i was 16. they'd be cuddly if their hairs werent so fucking thick.

  • Thats not gross at all, i do that all the time and it works amazingly :D

  • @hay2311 It was gross the first few times---then it got to be no big deal. And I agree--it does work amazingly well. Cheers!

  • @boinnng Oh yeah I remember my very first time doing it ,I was grossed out but after that it just seemed like a normal thing, lol.

  • Make the K sound so you arent choking on the stuff. I just started using this stuff and it isnt fun. ha ha.....

  • I remember chatting with you a year or so ago when I first bought my Neilmed. It is gross but it does seem to help.

  • @shicks71 It is gross when you first start, but you get used to it and it's no big deal. I'm so glad to hear it is working for you. Thanks for letting me know. CHEERS!

  • u tilt ur head when u pour the water in dude

  • @neilth001 Yes, i know... I just did it that way for the video---it's easier to show standing upright.

  • i have seen worse ,and i have been through the worst.

  • MULHOLLAND DRIVE FUCK YEAH

  • @midinerd Ha! Yes---it's a GREAT movie! It's probably Lynch's best work (in my opinion). Cheers!

  • I just used my pot for the 1st time. It was a great experience. I don't know what the instructions said on your style of 'pot', but you might feel better about the whole thing if your tilt your head forward. =)

  • @PrettyPoison93 Oh, i know... I just did it with my head up to make the video. I'm glad it's working for you though... Cheers!

  • Purchase a Neti Pot and use 1/4 tsp of non iodized salt. Works great, feels great.

  • @VinnieSutra This is actually made by the people who make Neti Pot. It's basically the same thing with the same results. It does feel great...

  • Just listening to you hold your own on this comment board made me laugh. Keep on trucking bro!

  • @martinezsix5o I appreciated the comment. Thanks for stopping by...

  • hey dont pay attention to haters there is so many of them on U tube...its unbelivable how rude some people r....

like your vid ...thanks ...funny ..lol...i need to try it !!!

  • @mystiqueboutique Thanks for the note. Cheers!

  • Yet another bizarre video from a bizarre source. You leave no stone unturned in your effort to nauseate the public......!

  • @MrsMildredPierce And you, darling, leave no stone unturned in your effort to find a man (who doesn't know you by your scandalous reputation or Center for Disease Control wanted posters)!! Shocking!

  • @boinnng There's something terribly wrong with you. These videos will prove it to the staff at the nearest psychiatric facility. Your room is ready, I am sure....

  • @MrsMildredPierce My room is ready? You mean, YOU have checked out??? God knows it will take them days, weeks, MONTHS to spray and clean and get all of the bugs out before I can move in. But then, knowing you, the staff will have to all be replaced. I'm sure you had your way with them, as usual, and they must be feeling the effects of your numerous "social" diseaes by now... And god knows the strains you harbor are catestrophic! But how sweet of you to vacate for me. XX OO Kisses!

  • @boinnng lol your awesome, im subscribing just because of that comment.

  • srsly... that's all?!?!?!

  • Water Sports anyone

  • where da hell was all da slimmy gooey green stiff>=o

  • @slickrick6191 the slimy gooey green stuff flows out after the water, because it's heavier and thicker than the water. The warm water softens your mucus, which allows it to flow out easier. Once you're done, though, you'll probably have to blow your nose lightly, to get the rest out.

  • does it help the back of your throat also

  • @cripkilla884life Hmmm... No, not really. Sorry.

  • Does it work?

  • thats cool

  • Do boggers ever come out when you do that?

  • @doobiesmoke15 What do you think???

  • @doobiesmoke15 It comes with the territory... ya know?

  • @doobiesmoke15 More like lots of mucus and snot. The first time I did this, I used a Neti pot. I couldn't believe all the crap that came out of my nose. Some people even call the Neti pot a "snot pot."

  • LOL

  • lmao!!

  • lol

  • Dude! None of those were gross! Nothing but saline solution came out! you were supposed to tilt your head back as well.

  • I know my head was in the wrong position---I did it like I did for the video. Sorry it wasn't grosser. It seemed gross to me when i was first starting to use that thing (and that was when these videos were made--this might have been the first time I ever used it!). Oh well. Thanks for stopping by and watching.

  • hah.. ya know.. i thought it was going to be something gross like a bunch of mucus squirting out.. you made it sound like it was horrid

  • Sorry to disappoint you. Yes, it's no big deal to me now. but when I first started (when these videos were made), the idea of spurting water up my nose (and having it come out the other nostril) was gross to me. Oh well...

  • Sorry, not snitt as in...expel lol.

  • After rinsing, one should also hold one nostril closed and sniff out the other, back and forth, exchanging for 11 times. This helps to get rid of all the water. Do this with head tilted downward.

  • So just finished sinus surgery and the doc recommends this on a regular basis starting in a week or so.

  • Zowie! Feel better (sinus surgery? Ouch!) and happy rinsing!

  • @tahoekid77 How are your sinuses now? I may have to have surgery for a bone spur. I get terrible headaches when bending over, sneezing, coughing, etc. Doc thought it was a bad sinus infection, but it won't go away.

  • you are not doing it right!!

you have to tilt your head bacwards and than spray that,

  • Backwards? Huh? Usually I lean more forwards--face down. I did it more upright for the video.

  • I'm about to try it out myself.

    Super nervous.

Dont much like the idea of something going in once side of my nose and out the other O_o

  • It's really OKAY---just takes getting used to. I felt like I was waterlogged for the first few days before I adapted. It goes up one side and out the other...and--gross--sometimes out your MOUTH! Really! Nasty!!! But it DOES help! (And think of all of the fascinating and educational nasal rinse videos YOU can make yourself! Ha!) Good luck! CHEERS!

  • @ComaBeauty Much better than something going in one of your eyes and out the other lol.

  • I'm getting my nerve up to do this!! I am a big baby and think I will drown!! u make this look easy except when you're screaming.....!!!! SOMEONE please check and make sure I haven't died!!!

    Laurie : )

  • You can do it. It's weird at first, but you get used to it. Just make sure the water is warm (NOT HOT) and that you have the saline solution mixed in (without--with just plain water, it DOES hurt. The saline makes it pleasant). The "scream" was just theatrics. :) CHEERS!

  • Comment removed

  • OH U ARE A VERY BAD MAN!!! haha..that was easy...no pain...easy easy easy!!

  • 0:08 - 0:17

    xD

  • Looks relieving, to me.

  • Fail.

  • I tried it once, almost drowned.

  • oh the glamour of it all, the excitement he's done!!

  • LOL

    i like this guy.

  • Ha! Thanks... And thanks for stopping by.

  • Did it help with your nose? I've been thinking about getting one.

  • Yes and no---it was awkward and felt awful at first---then I got used to it. It worked pretty good--some days I depended on it to just feel up to getting on with the day. And then, after being sick with the flu last year and taking antibiotics for that, I've not needed it (the nasal rinse) for some strange reason. But I have it handy if/when the need arises. Thanks for visiting my videos and good luck with your nose.

  • @boinnng Your explanation is like a longer version of classic Yogi Berra quotes...It sounded to be like it worked (the rinsing)...and your current relieve from the symtoms are from taking those antibiotics? is that fair comment? I've had this things for years and this is about the only thing i've not tried

  • It DID work...and I relied on it heavily. But, I don't know why or how to explain it, but after I was sick that time, I've not needed it. I don't know what else to say. I still have it handy though. I'm sure I'll eventually need it again. TRY it if you haven't yet. It may help.

  • your a funny guy

  • uh...thanks! :) I also have sparklingly clean nostrils! O' the joy!

  • It didn't look gross at all, don't worry. I've done much grosser things.

  • O_O

  • I wish i had that kind of nasal cleaner =( it looks a whole lot easier to use then the neti pot

  • I like net pot better

  • I should lean over more---but it's easier to show standing more or less upright. But it IS very easy to use. It's made by the same people who make Neti Pot.

  • lol.

You know what I did. I had the WaterPik. I took this bottle he's using and I modifed one of the heads for the Waterpick. Now I heat up some water and BAMBAM, I pump the whole water pick tank into my nose. There's no better way. This bottle is like 1/20th the effectiveness of what I can do with the Water pick tank, which by the way I use at full power. It pulses water.

  • lean forward more (i know you had to shoot the video so it was harder) and squeeze gently...make sure the water is warm/lukewarm and you DONT use plain water without the saline mix. Plain water will sting like hell

  • What a flamboyant character!

  • @jaffrey1998 yes you could almost say he's.. FLAMING...

  • Comment removed

  • lmao!!!! You are so funny!!! I love your movie posters in the bathroom too! Can you please make a video about trimming nose hairs and cleaning toe jam? hehe! I know, I'm GROSS!!!

  • I've never trimmed my nose hair or cleaned toe jam (I prefer toe jelly to toe jam)---so I can't help you there. But thanks for watching. Cheers!

  • Breath through your mouth the whole time, don't breath at all through you nose at all. It should flow evenly and gently. Maybe if you lean over the sink and let it do what it's suppose to do. LOL, if you think this neti pot thing is so gross, you should have been in a M*A* S* H* unit during the war, then compared to this it's nothing. LOL

  • LMFAO this guy is funny!!!! now douche your anus or something more funny! for us plz!!!!! put salt water up your azz bro!

    heheheeh

  • Somehow i don't think YouTube would allow THAT sort of a video. Hmmm... But thank you for stopping by.

  • lol just finished using the neti pot. but i like urs.

  • I like mine too--it's very easy to use. CHEERS!

  • Isn't that lovely?

I'm using the same thing myself.

I also thought of making my own video.

  • Go for it---make a video! :)

  • posters in your bathroom tho

    ?"???

  • Posters EVERYWHERE (I'm addicted to movie posters). CHEERS!

  • i just laughed at this video, im using that thing myself. haha

  • In my professional opinion as a beast and sex icon, the nasal rinse is 100% safe, increases penis size, and is TEAM DRAGONFORCE approved.

  • Dude, grow up.

The Neti pot has been used for thousands of years without incident, like cannabis (Run From The Cure) . If it was uncomfortable AT ALL you got the salt mix wrong, also, get a real neti pot, not the big pharma water squirter you have now. Leave it to the 'medical' community to mess up something simple. Kids can do it for Gods' sake.

If you need to check with a quack FDA quoting 'doctor' before doing this....you better ask his permission before peeing or blowing your nose too.

  • I agree, grow up! I bet this guy cries when he gets a paper cut. What's the big deal about water coming out of a nose? It happens when you swim. Whatever...

  • Boogers ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT if yer nose is stuffed! That's the entire point of irrigating your sinuses. Keep the warm water in your nose for 15 seconds by keeping the head tilted and not moving, THEN blow out one nostril at a time.

Quit farking around with the camera, and assume the CORRECT position! Do it!

It's all in the technique, think about how and why you are doing it BEFORE you start, that way you'll be more successful at it. Don't just go through the motions.

  • you didn't do it right. you are supposed to lean over and not have the water going every where. you are also supposed to start on one side and finish with the other. I use the rhino horn, and it works and is not unpleasant at all. I like it and it beats a sinus infection!

  • this is so fucking funny

  • u remind me of pauly shore hahahhaha

    i love him :)

  • Too much whining for me to find this entertaining... I first used a netipot in '82. The only gross thing about a nose rinse is that I brought myself to a place of sinus clog through yucking eating, no doubt. Go veg and breathe freely.

  • Haha, you're entertaining. Such a girl! :-) I do that everyday, I actually enjoy it, it feels good to irrigate my sinuses, and it's the natural way to do it too, so that's even better. I highly suggest you do it everyday, to be honest, it makes you feel less tired. The more I do it, the better I feel! :-)

  • maybe I should do this because I've had a sinus problem for 4 months now.

  • Have you tried it yet? What do you think???

  • Oh jeez quit whining it's not that gross :p

  • It doesn't hurt at all. It is just weird. No one likes water going up their nose. Once you get used to it there is no problem. It just takes a few days. My son was 12 when he started and he does it twice a day every day and he is 14 now. Believe me, if it was that horrible he wouldn't do it at all.

  • HA! Awesome. I just started doing this gross procedure today (I don't have a fancy kit, just a bulb syringe and kosher salt) and was looking for video to post on my blog.

  • lolol @ "no boogers came out, thank god"

  • i do that evryday big deal

  • That wasn't too bad. I had to do that once myself. First few days were ok. Then, on the third time, I did that and I felts something in my upper sinus burst and a steady stream of blood poured out of my nose continuously

for a good 30 seconds or more. I imagined that the amount of blood that gushed out had to have been an amount somewhere in the range of ounces. Definitely not my idea of a good time. >:(

  • Oh my god! What the heck burst!? Haha. Sorry. But that's just so weird.

  • too funny .. I do it too! .. hey you get a lot of water out of the other side...you sure you got a sinus problem?! I do it bcos one side is stuck man..and only leaks out! .. even grosser!! hehe.

  • arent u suppoes to spit it out?

  • There are different ways to perform "neti." One is to snort the water forcefully from a cupped hand, and spit it out. Another is to use a neti pot, which despite comments here, I would not suggest doing everyday, at least not long term. Lastly, there is sutra neti, where you insert a small catheter or string into one nostril and out the mouth.

  • My doctor said that I could use it every day if I wanted to & he's an E.N.T doctor.

  • That's cool. I've been doing all three forms of neti for many years, and only speak from my own experience. I'm not a doctor, and I'm not trying to act like an authority that tells people what they should do. Whatever you find works best for is what you should do. Good luck!

  • ur cute... u single??
