September 24. Wilmington Ohio. Fun Fest. it is the championship derby. thier were tons of cars last year.

@DemolitionMissions Him and his clan was here a few months ago. Still a lot of bad blood against them here. I never derbied with them. I just know they are band at few places here. I know people on both sides of it. Freinds of theirs. And guys who will trash their cars just to take them out.

I was at this derby. it was a great derby. there was some very good built hard cars. Not to meantion the venters had great stuff for sale. looking forward to the rest of the videos!

How did the 13/994 do? usually 13 gets maddog around here, he's a really nice guy but crazy driver.. I've went to derbies all over OKI with the 994(buck) and 13(doodle) when i was younger, but havent in the last few years.

I have a question. When you compete how much do you bank when you win, and does it pay off the car?

@1320carlover depending on how much you get the car for, and what kind of derby/what you buy for the car..you can make money just by buying the car. for instance, if you buy a car for $100, you can easily make your money back from the cats and scrap weight(or parts, etc). But if you go out and buy $4k motors, $500+ slider shafts...headers, after market parts etc..you can easily spend $5-10k+ on a car like some of the top drivers in the country do.

@1320carlover it depends on the show, this one was 10k to win..some shows are 500-20k to win. Most people run their local fair(500-2k) and the 1500+ to win shows.
