@Briankey1960 no he is actually a pretty good pilot,because he had to stop the rotor blades anyhow....and that is the only thing you can do, so now there is no danger and the crew can get out of the helicopter!

He should have cut the engine, the wave cause the nose to tilt down, he try to increase lift this will cause more forward motion due chopper already tilt forward and cause it to dive more and escalate problem, eventually will cause it main rotor to hit water.

He didn't try to move forward. As it lifts, the nose causes drag and tips it forward.

He landed in the water, and tried to take off because of the rough waves. When he tried to climb, the nose was caught under a wave, caused the helicopter to pitch forwad. the nose was still in the water, and everything went downhill

It's easy to be smart from the spectator's view but I wonder why the pilot didn't simply shut of the engines once he ditched in the water? I mean he must have realized getting the malfunctional thing to rise again must have been next to impossible, so he could have shut off the engines and made the crew evacuate in the water.
