THANK YOU for the beautiful reminder to take care of myself - I love the idea of having staple dressings and juice for the week (or two) - what a powerful idea. I do great with a morning green smoothie, then a giant salad for dinner, but I still need to find one more thing that I love like those two - that I could prep ahead and your videos have given me TONS of ideas. So: thanks. You are a wonderful inspiration to me.
Being a Mom and in the kitchen is hard, but I just try to let my daughter help. Of course, it always takes twice as long, but she is usually willing to eat it if she helps make it:o)

yeah, I did this today! I made green juice last night for breakfast today so I wouldn't snack while trying to make more juice. =^-^=

I put the sesame seeds in the coffee grinder and add a pinch or so of water, I think it works better than the processo
