Is there an easy way to scale down the static mesh up without scaling the material up with it? At the moment I either get a picnic blanket sized mesh with right size waves or beach sized fluid that looks like the spin cycle in a washing machine...

Yea we have some slightly modified default UDK particles in there near the rocks.
