Why did only one person try stopping. Either they're dumb not to use their brakes, or all those cars were Toyota and I'm pretty sure they weren't. Either way cool scene, but it was WAY over the top, every car exploding, I'd rather every car crash normally and see what damage it caused to the people in the cars, more gruesome if you ask me, which is what they want anyway.

No they won't. The only thing that causes a explosion in a vehicle is when you rupture the fuel tank and even if you do that. The fuel placed in cars isn't that combustible so it wouldn't explode. Just catch fire until the pressure builds THEN explode but not all at one time.

1. It would've been difficult to get to the grass (considering there are logs bouncing around them)

2. If you notice, the guy on the motorcycle pushes the brakes (which ends up killing him)

3. If you break in the middle of a pile-up, the cars behind you either crash into you, or pish their brakes causing a chain reaction behind them. (They may had been going to fast, and pushing the breaks wouldn't have done anything, it IS a freeway you know)
