Yeah I'm researching this right now, this Dunning Kruger Effect.
In a way, you're doing the same things that Dunning researches. He talks about the false consensus effect--when we think people think the way we do, and it they don't, they're "flawed". I agree with you that their are some ignorant and incorribigible people out there, but there are times that people disagree with us and are still very competent.

Indeed, but still, denying scientific facts like Earth being a lot older than 6000 years, Evolution happening, Big Bang happening, etcetera is very close to Dunning Kruger effect, if it isn't.

Nice analysis on this Dunning-Kruger effect, and this is also the same cognitive bias that every haters here seem to have, superiority complex even.
