How Activate Console Menu for Morrowind

I have the problem with the console not working for me, however when I go into the controlpanel (following your instructions in the video) the infrared transceiver does not exist in my list :( now my windows is in Swedish but there is nothing even close to that in there, is there some other tip on how to get my console working?

And if it keeps reinstalling everytime you restart your computer just disable it, you can disable it in another one of the dropdowns

wait? Downloading what!? I use to use console easily, I would go into the Morrowind properties and type "add console" or something. I've searched the entire net to know what to type exactly, and I haven't found it. Everyone keeps talking about opening and downloading some fucking unnecessary software to open the Console window in game. None of the Cheat sites say shit about the "-add Console.exe (something close to that)" This is pissing me off literally. I can't believe it...

WTF are you talking about! all you have to do is press.. watch carefully...ARE YA LOOKIN! you need to press " `" DID YOU SEE THAT! that one little key between the quotation marks. The key sits RIGHT next to your 1 key on the left! you don't need to uninstall anything! But if I'm wrong... which is barely possible... It might just be the game I downloaded.

can you help me i try to uninstall the software but it tells me i need to restart my laptop to make the changes i do but it just reinstalls as soon as i restart it help plz
