  • It took me 2 weeks to get mine but you have to work on your hip flexibility because i already had it when i started. I would say 1-2 months to get the middle split. Good luck

  • @tcsilver thanx for correcting me - i deserved that and you made me realize my typo. I mean't it took me that long diffrent people will take longer or Less time depending on they're natural flexibility.

  • i tore my hanstring overstretching, i was doing this everyday and then done a cartwheel and my hamstring ripped, very painfull! was fucked for like 8 months

  • @michaelchristie2008 i did the exact same thing i had real tight hams and got knee pains because of it was given stretches. and did way to much of them and ripped when doing an axe aerial ruined me lol know im nearly recovered hamstring is fine and knee pain is a lot better than it was lol but yeah man i feel for u it sucks so bad lol

  • Well there are 2 different ways a hard one and easy one, well they're both easy for me but might not be for you. Ok the first one is if u stretch for 30 min every day u will get ur split in 2 weeks and the hard one is if u stretch 1 hour everyday u will get ur split in 1 week the girls can get theirs in 2 days but ur not girls

  • took me a week, 50minutes a day. Put your butt up against a flat wall, with ure legs straight up, then spread apart as fart as u can, gravity will gradually pull your legs down, you'll feel it, trust me. I have it where someone stands on my legs so they touch the floor

  • @badtreasey in terms of tutorials, best place is to check out the 3runTube Channel. As for over coming fear of hurting your self.....If your already thinking your gonna hurt yourself, then your not committing to the move or skill. Be confident but at the same time don't do anything thats way out of your comfort zone. Although the only way to improve is to out of your comfort zone, only do it small stages at a time. Start of with basic skills and develop them slowly.

  • Try the Butterfly Stretch. Ill try to explain it. You put your feet together (Like the bottom of your feet) Bring them as close as possible to your self. Then Lean forward while you push your legs closer to the ground.
