This song, and it's album were out before Evanescence dropped. Comalies for Lacuna Coil in 2002, and Fallen for Evanescence in 2003. Comalies is Lacuna Coils 3rd album by the way. If anything, Evanescene took some cues and song ideas from Lacuna Coil, if you should ever listen to their first album In a Reverie, you will see.
