please can you inform me in what settings you have on the camera for this video? i mean what ISO sensitivity, which lens, aperture and shutter speed and where do you set the focus ring before flight?

I also used 5d2 with tripod for heli aerial shooting, but I found that there was lots of shaking problems that come from 5d2 structure. I have make a stabilization in FCP or AE it cannot fix.(It seems the image has distorted)

My friend said this is the camera lens structure problem.

How can you fix it? thanks

Stable and smooth movie. Did You use any "deshaking" software ?

sure, for quick and durty deshaking we use the vdub.
